Outside you will find one dedicated parking space as well as street parking and a shared patio area with a fire pit.

And a firepit sitting area just steps from the front door. There is also a full bathroom with a large ceramic tile shower with a bench seat.

The main room is 18x13 with a snug yet functional bathroom (Think RV sized) and a huge walk in closet. It is a 39' Toy Hauler. There is a master bedroom with a queen bed. A rear living space has 2 queen ish beds, the bottom of which folds into a couch as well. There is room for an additional air mattress as well. A larger bathroom with full size shower. A large kitchen with tons of storage. You can stay at our facility or reserve a camp site.
