Yurt holiday rentals in Columbia River

We had an amazing time at Yurt #2. Even with the RV park on site and neighbors in yurt #1 it felt private and secluded. The soaking tub was clean and the temperature was easy to control. The grill was a great addition. I recommend bringing your own cooler for perishables but the mini fridge worked fine for beverages. It was very peaceful and if you’re looking for a relaxing get away this place is a must!

Had a great stay! Very easy and laid back check in process. Hosts are quick and responsive. Yurt was clean and good size with multiple sleeping options. We pushed the futons together to make one big bed and it was very comfortable and surprisingly didn’t get too cold at night. The traffic from the road was a little loud at times but didn’t keep us awake. You can hear the river from inside the yurt which was peaceful. Will definitely be staying again and for longer next time!

Ann is an amazing host, very responsive and accommodating. Enjoyed visiting with her and learning a little bit about the sustainable farm. Location is close to Chewelah. Yurt is unique, clean, the shower & sauna is a few steps out the back door and the bathroom a short walk. Overall highly recommend.

We stayed in the yurt for almost a week and had a wonderful time! It was very cozy and stayed warm even on nights when temperatures were near freezing. The only thing the yurt lacks is running water but Janine goes above and beyond to make sure you have water and anything else you need so it really wasn't an issue at all. The actual location is very nice too! It's a short walk into town to the restaurants and the brewery and there are lots of nice hikes in the surrounding area. I would definitely recommend Janine's place!

Bruce is extremely helpful and very responsive. Gave me his number and I reached out to him directly for inquiries - not even related tot eh space but more of exploring vashon island. Great yurt - very spacious and fully accommodated for a Glamping spot (Tv, multiple plugs, WiFi, coffee, water, portable restroom)… I’m not much of a portable toilet user but there is a gym (1.5miles) away (Vashon athletic club) - it’s $15/day or $50/week but give you towels, clean shower , sauna and a gym… I ended up using that for showering and restroom usage.

Very nice, just the type of getaway I was hoping for and close enough to great hikes that it wasn't inconvenient in any way

Fantastic stay. The yurt is even more charming than the photos. They have thought of every little thing you might need without any clutter. The beds (futons) are very comfortable, and the yurt itself is spotless. The shower with stones and pebbles was very clever, an outdoor shower that isn’t actually outside - lovely! There is a very sweet little winery just next door, I’d very much recommend a visit. It was a great stopover traveling from Seattle to Bend, but I’d like to stay longer next time and explore all the hidden wineries nearby! Delightful.

I’ve been to a decent amount of Airbnbs and this one might be my top pick. It was pretty affordable considering the location, time of year and amenities. 5 minutes from Rainier entrance, had AC and heat, hot tub, shower a TV with WiFi in the middle of no where. Honestly very impressed and their dog Fern was so precious. For a get away weekend it was even better than our expectations. 100% would recommend and stay again. Thanks for having us!

I was very impressed with how thought out and complete the yurt was. This was my first glamping experience and even though I didn’t use the sauna it was very clean. If you’re a cold plunger I would recommend adding ice! The bed was very comfortable and was a nice escape from my crazy life. You won’t be disappointed with with property.

My husband and I stayed here with our dogs for two nights in June. I really enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and all of the local wildlife that either live or pass through Batwater preserve. My dogs didn’t want to leave! A well thought out kitchen and common area made us feel right at home. As an easy riser, I liked the separate sleeping quarters that allowed me to enjoy the yurt without waking everyone else up. I would like to come back later this year. Thanks for a great stay!

Can’t speak highly enough of this cute, incredibly private, yurt. Erick was a consummate host, showed us everything we need to know, and even lit the fire for us on a very rainy evening. This place was a retreat for us, so peaceful and private. Would totally recommend for any renter who wants to switch off!!!!

So comfortable and welcoming. I spent two nights in the Yurt and it was a great experience. Host was incredibly welcoming and had some suggestion to check out a local lake. Really felt like I was able to get away.

Great “glamping” retreat! The property itself is eclectic and has an artists vibe. It’s unfinished in some aspects but is definitely functional and could be amazing with some finishing touches. Overall, we loved our stay. We were fortunate to have the entire property to ourselves. I wouldn’t recommend staying in the winter if you aren’t capable of trouble shooting and fixing issues on your own with down trees, electrical, or water line issues. We had zero issues but I could see how winter storms could affect the area. The host was beyond helpful, communicative, and easy to work with! If you’re looking for a unique place to stay with beautiful views, this is it! <3

My Partner and I had a great, relaxing, and peaceful stay in the cedar yurt. We will definitely be staying again.

This Yurt was very relaxing and so fun. We came for a calm anniversary vacation and we got just that. Although it would get pretty warm during the day it was still an amazing place. We spent our days exploring near by town or playing board games/puzzles. Our puppy got to see lots of wildlife and have a fun adventure. All around the yurt was a great place and would highly recommend to anyone.

Lisa’s place is perfect. The yurt is beautiful and very comfortable, with heated blankets and a log fire. The gypsy kitchen caravan had everything we needed, the toilet and shower were clean and beautiful, and the propane fire pit was a great addition for the evenings. Lisa was very welcoming, spending time to show us around the property and all the animals, which were adorable, and she was always there to answer any questions. This is a little peace of paradise, and I would definitely recommend it for other families wanting a unique experience and with animal loving kids!

Staying at Shannon and Michael’s Yurt was an extremely enjoyable experience for our family. The Yurt is truly a novel idea that brings you closer to nature while also providing a glamping experience. Shannon and Michael make you feel right at home and are always responsive. They got the pit fire started for us on all nights so that our kids could share stories and make s’more’s. Shannon even made delicious scones for us during our last night. It is a fantastic experience that we would highly recommend.

Really cute little place. Comfortable, and clean... The on-site hosts were very attentive and communicative. As mentioned by another guest, the traffic noise is notable. This is a sweet little spot.

This is definitely one of our new favorites! The house was very clean and had a nice outdoor space to relax. Only a couple minutes walk to the store as well. It had everything we were looking for and needed!

10/10 immaculate vibes !! Will come back! It’s the perfect location — just 5 mins from the park entrance and within 30 minutes from trails outside of the park! The yurt was the perfect glamping getaway! It was super calming and my dog’s really enjoyed it as well (:

Super cute spot! Very private, quiet, and relaxing. Close to restaurants and shops. Had an issue with the heater hosts were very responsive and switched out same day. Look forward to staying again in the summer.
