Our Mayor of Philadelphia once resided near the block and has sponsored this block to keep it nice and neat. Our family has been local to Philadelphia for 30 years and we have renovated the entire building to feel refreshing and spacious while still being affordable. We personally make sure all sheets and towels are washed and clean with sanitizing spray throughout the whole unit after every stay. Space is spotless and we expect nothing less. It is probably cleaner than your own house lol!

King size bed condo all cherry wood cabinets/floor

You'll have a great time at this comfortable place to stay plus its very private no one will even know where you are it's a little hideaway, Real secrets are kept here stay here and never leaves. this place is steamed after every visit and clean from top to bottom unlike some hotels that Rush just to get the other guest in. It's always been two guest but as of lately most people want to bring an extra person so I add three however if booking for 3 the 3rd person have to take the couch.

Enjoy this nonsmoking, newly renovated full kitchen and bathroom with quartz countertops. Adjustable tempurpedic bed w lumbar, vibration, under bed lighting, and Ritz Carlton pillows and Hotel Collection bedding will put you in the clouds. Near Boeing, airport (10min) and train station 10 min walk. This is a great quiet place to work from. Apartment is private with a nice (motion detected) lighted brick and concrete path to entrance w patio around back. No stairs. Must be a non smoker!

We are within walking distance (9 blocks) to the Media/Elwin SEPTA Regional Rail, which takes you to Center City Philadelphia. We are also only a one-mile walk to the beautiful Swarthmore College Campus. We are 2.5 miles from I-476, I-95, supermarkets, restaurants, and the Springfield Mall. I had a wonderful stay here! The space was clean and comfortable and very quiet, which is exactly what I needed while visiting the bustling city of Philadelphia. Orion is attentive and helpful, making sure that I felt welcomed and had everything I needed. The yoga room is perfect for stretching, sitting down with a book or simply having a quiet moment to meditate. The front sunroom is excellent for relaxing and playing guitar in the afternoons, if one is so inclined. Beyond that, I really loved our discussions and I would implore anyone to ask questions about the garden—you will learn a lot. The Pharm is an intentional space built with love. I felt as though I didn’t just rest here, I had a bit of a system reset. There isn’t enough room for the words of praise I could give. I will say, please do stay here and utilize its treasures. It’s a lovely place hosted by lovely humans, respect it well. Namaste ~*

Alassane’s Airbnb was a very comfortable and well-maintained space. Everything was clean, tastefully furnished, and thoughtfully arranged to make guests feel at ease. Marie Jeanne's place deserved all five stars in every category. Her place was VERY clean, tidy, & appealing. My room & bathroom were not only super clean with all the needed accommodations and toiletries, but it smelled so beautiful as soon as I entered the room.
