What a house!! Our visit was nothing short of perfect. The house is perfectly located next to campus, it was clean, and had all the amenities. This might seem like a dumb but the water pressure/temperature were perfect and there were more than enough towels. The house is big enough to sleep and hang out the full 12 people without ever feeling crowded, and has a great garage with pool tables. 10/10 experience!

It was great! It’s a great centralized location. The house is very well decorated and feels so homey. Everything is clean. Check in was very easy. We would definitely stay again.

We cannot express how attentive and responsive Kevin was during our stay. We loved the house. It was clean, welcoming, and plenty of room for our whole crew. We enjoyed our evening around the fire as well, and our boys had plenty of room to play whiffle ball. Great memories were made. We will be back!

This was the perfect house for us to enjoy our daughters graduations. Big kitchen and living room area where everyone could gather. Comfortable beds and quiet neighborhood. Very clean and well kept. We enjoyed our stay!

The Rustic Rose is a darling home located smack dab in the middle of Stephenville, so EVERYTHING is easily accessible. Dee was very responsive and so easy to work with in planning our trip. Highly recommend if you have a family or friends that are headed to Stephenville!

Beautiful place with amazing view. Can’t beat it in Texas. Very secluded. It was perfect for the weekend getaway for my wife’s 30th with family. Todd is extremely nice and helpful. Their place is great. We especially loved the pool area.

Karon is a wonderful host! We have stayed at Reata Ranch several times, and the house and hospitality is excellent every time. We enjoy seeing the upgrades with every visit. This time it was more rockers on the front porch and a new rock sidewalk. We will definitely stay again! Karon is the best!
