Separate room, for one person, in a duplex apartment, very well lit, near the large Madrid Río park, with good metro and bus service a few meters away. The atmosphere you will find will be totally friendly and familiar. Breakfast is included, consisting of coffee or tea and toast. Cooking is NOT allowed. You can heat up whatever you need. Visitors and parties are not allowed. Room and bathroom are rented, the rest of the house is for private use.

The bus takes 20 minutes and the train, 30. Ample street parking. There are restaurants, bars and pubs nearby. You will love my place owing to the location, the house itself, the light and the garden.
