Excellent location, with easy access to the beach, I especially thank Adrianol for allowing the late check-out, which made our stay much easier. The beauty of the beach with access from the condominium makes up for everything! And the pool is a plus. A tip: it is better to go to the market before arriving, because at night it is a little difficult to get food delivery. I recommend it.

SmartV new, which gave us a lot of amenity for a lovely Netflix at the end of the day after lots of sun and lots of beach. Calm and quiet location a few meters from the beach that provided us with all the necessary infrastructure. The wide and airy house as reported in the photos and we will definitely come back. P.S. For those who are afraid of waves or the sea, there is an area with quiet water facing the sea that those who can't swim will be able to enjoy the day in the water a lot without taking a chance.

The Yellow House is undoubtedly one of the most beautiful places I've ever stayed in. Leave the room and come across the green sea of Coqueirinho Beach (my favorite of those I visited in Paraíba), in addition to having direct access to the beach through the backyard, is simply amazing. The house is exactly as in the photos and description, comfortably accommodating a large group (16 people), without any problems during the stay. Although the location of the house is not very close to João Pessoa, for us it worked very well, with easy car access to other beaches in the region. There is no market nearby, so a car is of great help. Rodolfo was always very clear in communication and organized everything in an impeccable way for our stay, providing rules and information that were very useful. In short, it was 7 wonderful days, and we left with the urge to come back more often.

Our stay at Diego's flat was wonderful. The place is much better than the pictures! Everything is very clean, organized and brand new. The appliances and utensils work perfectly, besides being well equipped, we don't need to worry about anything, the location is great, close to everything . Diego is very cordial, polite and helpful, he responds quickly. We will definitely return!

Clean,organized place,with good location, new building.Wifi good,air conditioned of the functional rooms, the one in the living room did not cool much. I liked the bathrooms,very clean. Apt great to spend days of rest next to nature. The apt has almost everything you need…if you are cooking, keep in mind to take everything, absolutely everything. Pq had no salt, sugar, oil, nothing to make a noodle. The market that has in the condominium supplies basic necessities for very salty prices. The apartment holds well 3 people, when I stayed the balcony was with the glass curtain unable to fully open, because the previous guest had damaged, but nothing that hindered our view and stay. Glória was very requested and kind, and it was very good to stay in its apartment. A well-structured condominium and the place is beautiful by the sea. Super indico.

The place is the same as the photos, spacious with 3 bathrooms. Chairs were made available for the beach, the shared area is well organized.

Aline's flat is located in a great location steps from Tabatinga 2 beach. It has a side view of the beach, very nice. The flat is impeccable and with sufficient amenities for a married couple and 1-2 children. The condominium is very safe and the staff are very attentive. I cost to arrive, so I suggested Aline to share location ideally to be able to enter the most comfortable GPS app on the way to get to the flat. I highly recommend it 100%

Everything is perfect, we will be back for sure. Only one point of improvement: Beds and mats could be better. An extremely hard double bed and the other a lot of noise as it moves. Extra Tbm mattresses could be improved. Outside this, remaining flawless.

On foot, the beach is a little far away, but it doesn't compromise the experience because it's right in the part where there is a beautiful Maceió, great for children. It's worth it!

The stay was great! Everything Almira puts on your listing is included in the flat, which accommodates six people very well. The house is beautiful, delicious, it has everything we need, and the best a breathtaking view. the lookout point on top of the house is worth day and night. We had a great 30 days there, a delight from home. We definitely recommend it.

Perfect combination! We eat mango, finish, cashew and pitanga. The housekeeper, your Bahia, is super helpful, discreet and kind.
