A lovely place to stay. Beautiful view of the animals and mountains. Host was nice and accommodating.

Dorothy is a great host. Her place is a clean and comfortable studio in a convenient, quiet location. There is a pretty walking path nearby. And there is shopping and dining in New London. Thank you for a pleasant place to relax at the end of the day!

We really enjiyed our stay and would recommend to anybody else.

We had an absolutely wonderful time at Julie's lakeside home for Father’s Day weekend. The setting was serene, with beautiful views of the water, making it the perfect spot to relax and enjoy quality time together. Erin’s place was absolutely lovely! We really enjoyed the location - so peaceful and conveniently close to Art Omi. The cabin was beautifully maintained, and we especially loved the interior design, which felt both stylish and cozy. We stayed for two nights but honestly wish we could have stayed longer. Highly recommend!

I worked hard to feel like I was a good guest. Sarah told me I went above and beyond by the many cleaning tasks I undertook, triggered by my boyfriend getting cut by glass on his foot trying to fold towels. That does not take away from Sarah or the property as a whole, because I believe these were overlooked tasks by the cleaning crew and therefore maintenance staff were unaware of it. It was almost immaculate until I started realizing that it was not as as tip top as the standards of cleanliness at “Top down housekeeping”, who’s owner and staff are thorough, honest & flexible with pricing.

Had enjoyed our time at Lilly's - comfortable, quiet, convenient location to town. Missing that view of the water already.

We had an amazing stay in Hunter! The place was a decent size for a group of 8 like us, we’re a group of friends who take an annual trip to Upstate. The host is honestly one of the best Airbnb hosts I’ve ever come across. She truly went above and beyond. Before our trip, she shared a comprehensive guidebook with local recommendations, which was super helpful. During our stay, she was incredibly responsive to any questions we had and made sure everything was well stocked, we never ran out of anything during our 4 day stay. We were also pleasantly surprised to find that she had prepared so much food for us including bacon, eggs, milk, s’mores, and tons of pastries and baked goods from Fellow Mountain Cafe. Highly recommend!!

We had a wonderful stay in this peaceful airbnb. We loved the layout and the views of the forest. The king size bed was super comfortable and Brianna was accommodating of my husband's need for down-free bedding. The exposed beams from the original barn and the natural wood made the apartment warm and cozy, especially during a powerful rainstorm. Highly recommend visiting the tiny cemetery down the road!

We had a really sweet weekend stay here. The location was super convenient — close to Newport, scenic drives, and great food options. The space was clean, cozy, and felt private while still being part of a friendly neighborhood. The bed was comfy, the AC worked great, and check-in was smooth. It had everything we needed for a relaxing trip.

This place was perfect for my weekend trip to my hometown. It was actually one block away from my old apartment! The location is close to two bus lines that run frequently and take you into Harvard Square, which provides easy access to the rest of the T. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. You have to call the host for check-in and I prefer self check-in, but that is the only thing I didn't love. The host was responsive and friendly so it wasn't a big deal. The parking spot is awesome and a huge plus for the Boston area I would definitely stay here again.

We have family in Springfield so staying at Whitney and Alex’s place is perfect for us. It’s spacious and comfortable. This was our second stay and we will definitely be returning.

Susan's place is exactly as advertised and more. Very comfortable and well-equipped space with nice extras - coffee, tea, snacks, firewood and a grill with grill spatula, etc. Quiet, country setting that is a great value compared to hotels in the area. Would recommend and stay again.

Jean and Wade were wonderful hosts. We especially appreciated the farm fresh eggs and other supplies available upon our arrival. Beautiful rustic countryside location and farm steeped in history as old as the majestic oak trees surrounding it.

Kevin was very responsive and accommodating which made our experience a great one. His place was perfect to house our 11 family members. The place was clean and spacious.

We spent a glorious 5 days at this perfect guest house. So relaxing and a perfect place to see the surrounding area. We ventured out every morning but were happy to have such a relaxing, private place in the evenings. Bobby and Linda were perfect host and let’s not forget Charley, if she was outside she always greeted us with a happy shake of her tail. On our last night there Linda arrived at our door with a hot, just out of the oven baguette that Bobby had just prepared along with some butter. What a treat. We immediately regretted that we decline his offer for breakfast every morning. If we are ever back in York we will definitely be staying here again. Simply perfection!! Pam & Robert Kiln, MS

Wonderful couple greeted us at door and ensured we had a lovely experience. You could not leave the house at breakfast time on an empty stomach (cereals, croissants, muffins, fruits, Coffees, milk, …) Counted 10 Bird houses in front of House so must be at least twice that on property. Great location Re: access to/from I90/95 Everything as advertised. Would readily stay there again.

Staying here was such a cool experience!! The house was comfortable, clean, super homey, and has so much incredible history, and our dog was right at home here. And OMG the food. Donna is an amazing chef and a perfect host. We were so bummed to have to leave. If we're up in the Adirondacks again, we wouldn't stay anywhere else.

Catherine's home was just right for us, private setting in the country, a suite all to ourselves, use of the kitchen and beautiful garden and area to walk in. We could hear the peepers by the near-by pond once it got dark. Catherine and Todd were wonderful hosts and we enjoyed our conversations together. We learned about a park just down the road with a trail to the top of a small mountain that overlooks the near-by lake. We would love to stay again in the future.

Richard's place is at a very beautiful location. About 20 mins drive from the cute town of Stowe, the location is what makes this place a great find. The surrounding areas are very beautiful. Richard was very responsive and helpful as a host. I'd recommend his place if you are in the area!

Sally has an immaculate and well taken care of house! We enjoyed staying and her place for our extended stay. We are so happy and pleased with all of the well appointed rooms and amenities. Very appreciative of all the care she provided. The morning routines with coffee and fresh breads were amazing!

Jay and Heather were so kind. We booked their space with one event in mind, and had a lot of shifts that we needed to pivot quickly for. Heather and Jay were so accommodating, letting us know when things were flexible, communicating when we needed, and answering any questions we had. The AC was on the fritz when we arrived, but they communicated it immediately, told us the repair schedule, and said to let them know of there were any issues with the temperature and they would figure out a way to remedy it. Not to mention the space was clean, comfortable, peaceful, and a much-needed space to unwind and connect. Beautiful garden as well! Highly recommend and would stay here again.

Lyndall and Scott were great hosts! Thoughtful, considerate and offered wonderful local ideas to explore. Added benefits were nice breakfasts and enjoyable conversations.
