In my resort near the sea - 330 meters , I have available 10 duplex apartments with 3 rooms and a terrace. I describe below: Duplex villa with 3 rooms having a generous area of over 95sqm. Ground floor: open living room and kitchen, terrace and lawn, barbeque, full dishes, bathroom with shower, big sofa bed ,tv. Floor: 2 bedrooms with air conditioning, each with balcony and second bathroom. The terrace and the barbecue are private spaces only for you group. Parking is included near the villa.

Birds House

This traditional house was built in 1928 on the cliff of the Razim-Sinoe Lagoon, which is part of the Danube Delta Biosphere Reserve. In addition to the spectacular landscape that can be seen from the yard, the property extends to the waterfront where we have arranged a birdwatching hide for our guests from where they can observe the rich avifauna of the area. Here we have also set up a place for water activities. Our guests can use kayaks and a rowing boat for free.

Studio Mamaia - Solid Residence

Studio dintr-un Complex Rezidențial dispus în centrul stațiunii Mamaia. Este situat pe malul Lacului Siutghiol și la 200 de metri de plajă. Studio'ul are un dormitor, zonă de living care include și mini-bucătărie, precum și o baie cu duș. Dotările includ aer condiționat, internet, televiziune prin cablu.
