Queenslander, ocean views, large deck.

IMPORTANT: Please note this is not a party house respect the 10pm noise curfew. Please contact me if you need to discuss this. You'll have the entire upstairs of this classic Queenslander. It is on the top of the hill and always gets the breeze but there's ducted air con if you need it. The house is light and airy with antique furniture. There are views from most windows. Four bedrooms, two toilets and two showers. The large deck is great for evening drinks and BBQs.
