This cottage is comfortable, peaceful, air conditioned & fully self contained. A private entrance with deck, garden. Parking available. 10 min drive to South Beach 10 min to Fremantle, 13 mins to Murdoch University and to Fiona Stanley Hospital. Bus route to the city (via the train station) is a couple of minute's walk away. Excellent Wifi , Netflix. The kitchen is stocked with basic provisions and appliances. Webber BBQ for outdoor cooking. Adjoining our solar powered home in leafy Palmyra, the studio is a 10min drive to Fremantle, beaches and river and a short walk to buses and supermarkets. Enjoy a BBQ in your own beautiful private courtyard under the shade of the olive tree. Off-road parking, Netflix, breakfast basics and laundry service all included for free.

The self contained studio is fresh and bright with a well appointed kitchen with microwave, gas cooktop and mini oven. Basic breakfast is supplied .The bathroom is compact with shower, heated towel rail & hairdryer.The studio has reverse cycle AC, internet, smart TV with Netflix. It is separate from the house and your privacy is ensured as a 1.8m fence divides the two. There is your own sitting area in front of the studio with BBQ.

The studio is separate within the garden of my house located 5 mins drive or 15 mins walk from Fremantle cafes and 20 mins walk to the beach. It is a beautiful limestone studio with one main room and an en-suite bathroom plus its own courtyard. There is a queen size bed, wardrobe, small fridge, tea and coffee, microwave, table and chairs.
