Waterfront holiday rentals in Coolum Beach

We loved our stay. So close to the beach and shops, yet quiet as well. Both of our children felt right at home and it was easy to get settled in. This isn’t a something that happens regularly given their needs. Would highly recommend a stay. Wonderful holiday.

We had a great time and the location is just right. Being able to walk a short way to the beachfront boardwalk was a plus. The hosts were responsive when we had questions.

Cute apartment, extremely clean. Perfect little kitchen with great cookware. Lovely verandah with ocean views. Perfect location to walk to restaurant’s etc. The restaurant/bar downstairs is fantastic. We loved staying in the heart of Coolum for 4 nights to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary.

Fantastic apartment with amazing views. Great for couples get away. Easy parking and additional parking on the street. Short walk to Noosaville river front to jump on the ferry and had lunch at the yacht club. Uber to town was also easy where we had a dinner. It is the penthouse stay.

We stayed here for a wedding and only wish we could have stayed longer! Angel and her team were incredibly responsive, even reaching out proactively before check-in and again at check-out. The view was absolutely breathtaking—well worth the three flights of stairs. The location is fantastic, just a 2-minute drive or 5-minute walk to bars and restaurants, and close to boat hire or the ferry to Hastings Street or Tewantin. The apartment was well-stocked with condiments and even included a coffee machine with pods. Highly recommend—it’s a much more relaxing alternative to the busy Hastings Street!

This apartment is absolutely wonderful! Very comfortable with everything we needed. The ocean views from the bedroom, living room and balcony were so relaxing and even saw some whales! It’s a super short walk down the road and stairs to the beach or about a 15 min walk to restaurants and shops in Coolum. Such a lovely stay, would definitely recommend and stay again!

We stayed at this beautiful air bnb with our extended family, 8 adults and one baby. The space was huge and accommodated us all easily. The home is beautiful with stunning canal views and the space was so clean but gave off a really homey feel. There is so much to do at the home, we didnt even really need to venture out. The location is great, a short drive from Caloundra and Mooloolaba which leaves you with endless options for day trips and food. I highly would recommend to anyone looking for a air bnb around this location. We cannot wait to come back!

What an amazing location!!! We felt very spoilt staying here. We enjoyed 2 nights with hubbys parents and it was perfect. Big house, and although it was too cool to swim the kids were still entertained by the pool table and fishing off the pontoon, and the nearby attractions (fyi- the laser tag about 8 mins up the rd is fantastic!) The house was clean, spacious and homely. Kitchen had everything we needed and multiple dining areas to suit every mood. Beds were super comfy, and the double shower was amazing!!! It was so nice to a quick break away and spend our mornings and evenings out the back on the deck overlooking the canal and feeling jealous we didnt have the energy of the locals who were out there paddle boarding up and down all morning. Lucy was extremely helpful with questions and ensuring we enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend and we have already started planning trips back to stay again on our next opportuntity for a quick getaway. Thank you Lucy

We couldn't fault this property it was perfect size for eight people and a dog with the host catering for every need with lots of extra touches. The house had everything that we needed including enough crockery etc for everyone and dining areas set up for the stated 8 people. It was immaculately clean and the host was extremely accommodating in giving us an earlier check in and later checkout which made a huge difference. Sitting in the outdoor area at the back of the property looking out into the trees and listening to the ocean was so relaxing and this is where we spent 90% of our time. Lovely property!!

Fabulous stay for my friends 60th Birthday. Very close to the beach, close to Mt. Coolum walk. The place was a gated community with great facilities, ie tennis courts, bbq, pool. Great living area, kitchen for us girls to catch up. Bedrooms were spacious & well appointed. Fabulous weekend.

Nice quiet setting, handy to beach and shops. We took the bus for a whole 50 cents to Noosa! Great spot to explore the sunshine coast and hinterland.

The property was perfect and our team who stayed for a business trip were very happy with the property and Ruby was very accommodating and helpful with quick responses. Would highly recommend.

Lovely stay. Quiet spot with parks and restaurants a short drive or walk away. Pet friendly and very secure. Easy to look after with everything we needed. Nice space for a family, with 2-3 sitting areas plus a deck there was plenty of room to spread out. The pool was great and the jetty a plus. Thank you for a lovely stay!

It was our first vacation in Australia and we could not be happier with our choice! The apartment has everything we need, it is peaceful and cozy ( missing the sofa 😂 when you test you will understand what I am saying! ) the location is fantastic. This is the second time I’ve stayed here. This apartment is in an amazing location with a fabulous pool, great for swimming laps and for kids. It’s a quick walk to the beach. I stayed for 2 months while visiting family nearby. Hank and Hailz are fabulous hosts, a real pleasure to deal with. I will stay here again.

Such a beautiful spot, the apartment had everything we needed and was so spacious, the balcony had the most beautiful view and the bbq was a bonus! Very clean and tidy on arrival and grateful for the fans and aircon. Awesome location too, so close to the beach.

Perfect location, walking distance to Main Street, supermarket and BWS right around the corner as well as a 10ish min walk to Mooloolaba Beach!! Serene and Sarah were super accomodating and easy to communicate with! Comfy king bed and great amenities. Would definitely rebook!

We have stayed at Maree's property several times in recent years. That speaks for itself. We are generally quite fussy where we stay but we always holiday when at Coolum Beach at Maree's Airbnb without hesitation. Thanks Maree.

Trisha was a lovely, accommodating and informative host. Nespresso coffee machine was replaced within minutes of advising her that the one in the unit wasn’t working. 511 is a ground floor unit with a balcony set in a quiet part of the beautifully maintained tropical resort overlooking the river. The unit is tastefully decorated, spotlessly clean, has a super comfy bed with quality linen, soft towels and great hot water pressure in the shower. There’s a great Vietnamese restaurant on site and is close walking distance to wharf bars and restaurants, local RSL and shopping centre. Highly recommend a getaway stay at Trisha’s.

The Condo was perfect for our coast getaway, quiet location with the most amazing views. The only noises were the waves crashing onto the rocks. We had easy access to Kings Beach and the start of the boardwalk and enjoyed watching the many ships pass by. The driveway and access to the undercover carpark was quite daunting at first, however, we did get better at navigating the best angle to take on the steepness in our small car. We found the room to be exactly as described and as per the listing photos. Would definitely stay again.
