Holiday rentals with a patio in Cooperstown

The place was what I needed. Host was responsive and helpful when I needed something. Good price and close to where I needed to be. I would book again if I'm in the area for work. Upstairs neighbor have a dog though, and it barks nonstop over any noise you make when they aren't home.

Stayed here for my 25th reunion at Colgate and booking here was my best decision. Extremely comfortable, perfectly decorated, and a nice quiet area. Also close enough to campus that Colgate vans could pick us up and drop us off. Most important for me was having a full kitchen to prepare my meals. But there was so much to love like the adorable outdoor seating area. The host was also phenomenal, responsive and helpful but gave us our space too. Id definitely choose this place for my next visit. Feel so lucky we found it.

Jaynee and her family made us feel right at home. Our stay was super relaxing and enjoyable. The property had gorgeous views and the kids loved the cows. The space had all the necessary amenities and was very clean. Dan took our family on a ride through the property to see the wild life and views. I would highly recommend this place. We will be back !

If you are booking for a Cooperstown Tourney, this property is super close to All Star Village. Close to restaurants and a brewery, made out stay very easy and accessible. With the uncertainty of game times being so close to the fields was great. Hosts were super helpful and responsive and property was exactly was our family needed.

Great apartment, it seems as if the place was just remodeled, everything was really clean from the door mat to the sheets. clutter free and QUIET new appliances with pots pans and cooking itesm along woth glassware and Keurig coffe maker 100% would recomend for anyone in the area .....even if you are visiting Utica its worth a look! Feels like home at an affordable rate Dollar for Dollar worth every penny !

David and Merry were some of the kindest and most generous hosts we’ve ever met. They went out of their way to make our stay perfect, even choosing not to rent out the other part of the house during our visit to give us more privacy. They welcomed us warmly, shared great local tips, helped us book a restaurant and even sent us a bottle of wine there. The house was beautiful, super comfortable, and had everything we needed. We felt truly cared for and would absolutely love to come back!

Beautiful, spacious apartment. Everything you need for a long or short stay. Laundry facilities are located in the same building and nearby.

Elizabeth is one of the best host you will meet. She will send messages to check on you for any additional needs during long stays and for short stays she ensures you have a great experience.

Awesome place. It's exactly as advertised, a lot of space to hang out and pretty secluded. The fire pit is awesome, TV worked well, kitchen full outfitted and everything clean. Thanks!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home to celebrate our anniversary. It was clean, beds were super comfy and the views stunning. Loved the furniture/decor. Scott was quick to respond to questions. We really had a relaxing, lovely time.

What an excellent stay - this airbnb was incredibly well stocked with kitchen supplies, games, extra linens, really anything that one could want. Amenities were high quality and very thoughtful.

We loved staying at Tracey and Jessica’s beautiful place. It’s secluded and quiet yet still close to all the things to see and do in the cooperstown area. We appreciated all of the suggestions they provided. Their home is clean and well appointed (thank you for the pizza and the snacks!). When we had an issue with the water heater they were super responsive and helpful. I would love to stay here again, just a great place and kind hosts.

Bills place is great. Perfect for a peaceful getaway on the water by yourself or with a small group.

One of the best stays I’ve ever had! The house is absolutely amazing – beautiful, cozy, tastefully designed, and by far the most well-equipped Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. Every little detail has been thoughtfully considered, from the fully stocked kitchen to all the extras that make the stay so comfortable. The hosts were incredibly responsive and kind, always available to answer any questions we had. I will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!

Another review said it was more beautiful than the pictures and I agree! The home and space was so serene even though it was a bit rainy. The house was beautiful. My friends and i had a great stay. The hang out place on third floor was best. The rooms were cozy and the porch was the best part. Would definitely recommend.

It’s a great little apartment — super clean, well equipped with all the basic necessities, tasteful, well thought out decor, a really pleasant place to be, right on the mountain. Small, but perfect for a couple or small family ski weekend. I would definitely recommend and would love to go back.

The location was very peaceful and comfortable. It has a great view of the mountains in the background. The place had everything you needed and was very clean and had cabin like qualities. Very beautiful inside and outside as well. The host was very kind and responded right away to any questions I had.

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay. We hiked the devils path trail and Dimitry’s place was perfectly close to the trail and the restaurants around it. His place was great to go back to with a great shower and bath, a beautiful view and very cozy place, with coffee and a coffee maker. Very clean and Dimitry was responsive the whole way through and checkin and out was very easy. Would highly recommend and would stay again.

We recently stayed at Andrew's condo, and it was nothing short of amazing! The location couldn't be better – right next to the slopes with easy accessibility to the mountain and the ski rental place. We were a group of two families, totaling 6 kids and 4 adults, and the condo was the perfect accommodation for our ski trip. The kids were thrilled with their bunkbed rooms, each equipped with their own TVs, providing a cozy and entertaining space for them to unwind after a day on the slopes. The condo itself was beautifully decorated, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. There was plenty of room for all of us to relax and spend quality time together. The highlight for both kids and adults was undoubtedly the hot tub and pool. After a day of skiing, it was pure bliss to soak in the hot tub and enjoy the breathtaking views. A special shoutout to Andrew, our fantastic host! He was incredibly responsive and welcoming, ensuring that our stay was comfortable and stress-free.
