Beachfront holiday rentals in Cork

My family stayed at Esther's place for 4 nights. We had the most wonderful time! The house has beautiful views of the ocean and is a short walk from both Inchydoney beach and the hotel. The house was clean and spacious with room for the whole family including our dog. Esther was welcoming and provided lots of great recommendations for the local area. We would definitely recommend Esther's place to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday by the beach!

Stayed for 3 nights and wished I had booked longer. Felt right at home. located was lovely, loved waking up and taking the dog for walks along the stone beach with stunning views. The mobile home was cosy and slept great as was so peaceful. Will be back for sure.

What a beautiful place, and what a view! We definitely didn’t stay long enough and if they’ll have us back, we’d like to stay longer next time. Martin & Claire were fantastic hosts and made my family feel so welcome. I really appreciate all the efforts they went to for us and we really loved our stay. Absolutely wonderful place with a beautiful garden. It is right on the shoreline and I loved grabbing the chance to pop in for a swim whenever I felt like it. Stephanie was really friendly and helpful. It is a great base for exploring the area and we loved coming back in the evenings to a little oasis of peace.

We had a great time while at this Airbnb. Great location and views. Short drive to Clonakilty which is a great town. Short walk to Inchydoney beach. Airbnb comes with plenty of essential items. Beds are comfy. Host was incredibly helpful, friendly and proactive..was a pleasure to deal with! Would highly recommend!!

We had a wonderful family weekend away at Paul’s house. It’s very child friendly with our crawling 1 year old able to get around everywhere with ease. The garden is closed in so safe for kids to play outside. Amazing views and very comfortable house, with extra touches making it feel homely. Would recommend 🙂

Anne & Gerry's place is an absolute gem. Relax in the garden, while watching the ebb & flow of the tidal estuary. Enjoy the antics of the Egrets, Heron, and Hooded Crow who are in splendid abundance. Curl up in front of the fire with a good book and a glass of the good stuff. Pop into Skibbereen or Clonakilty if you want to stretch your legs. Or just enjoy the afternoon sun with a pint at Nolan's (ask Dennis about his on-going "battle" with the local Rooks and Jackdaws). Anne & Gerry's is a wonderful place to slow things down, and focus on Nature and simplicity. You will sleep beautiful sleeps at Lazy Acre, and awake to days of delicious indolence.

Recommend this house for people who like a fantastic sea view. At night the beautiful sound of the wind and the waves lulled us to sleep. And what about the sky at night...little artificial light so we could count the stars without the light pollution

This property is one of the most beautiful and comfortable Airbnb’s we have ever stayed in. The views from the kitchen and bedroom windows are breathtaking and the whole home has such an air of serenity and peacefulness you instantly relax. The home is so thoughtfully designed and decorated. Beds were super comfy, house was so spacious and beach literally right on your doorstep which a sauna visited 3 of the nights we were there. Lots of beautiful walks right from your doorstep and also plenty of days trips within a 30 minute drive. Highly recommend - stunning from start to finish 😊

Wow! We can’t say enough good things about this place. Tom and Mary were so helpful, and we felt very comfortable in the farmhouse. It was fun to see the cows going out in the morning and back each evening. We liked being away from things, but it was also super easy to drive to restaurants and fun things for our two year old son. Sandy Feet Farm nearby was an especial delight for our toddler. He chased chickens and played with other kids on the playground. We loved walking down to the beach. We were sad to leave.

We had a luxurious and wonderful stay at Niall’s. The apartment is fantastic, it has everything you need even for a longer stay. Bus into the city is located very close to the apartment. Niall was flexible with our check in and check out times which helped us a lot. I cannot recommend this place enough.

This us honestly a hidden gem. The location is perfect to venture out and explore Kerry. The house itself was even better than expected - fully equipped, spotless clean and with everything one could ask for. Maureen and Phil communicated super proactive, quickly and very helpful. overall would book again definitely!

Barrow Lodge in County Kerry is a real gem, and it's all thanks to Clodagh and Niall! They were absolutely fantastic hosts. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel so welcome, and nothing was too much trouble. The accommodation itself was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing weekend. Their local knowledge was invaluable, helping us discover some amazing spots in the area. If you're looking for a warm welcome and a great stay, I highly recommend Barrow Lodge! Ein sehr sehr schönes Häuschen an ruhiger Lage mit Meerblick. Man fühlt sich sofort wie Zuhause und es fehlte an nichts. Man merkt, wie viel mühe Tony und Sinead sich bei der Renovation gemacht haben. So viele schöne Details und so geschmackvoll dekoriert. Es war zudem alles extrem sauber und die Kommunikation war wirklich super.

La maison de John est superbe. Tout y est prévu pour que vous vous sentiez à l’aise dans une ambiance cosy et chaleureuse. Le site est vraiment exceptionnel. D’un calme et d’une beauté incroyables. La cuisine est très bien équipée. La cheminée est un super plus ! Nous avons profité de tous les avantages de la maison, sauna et balnéothérapie, c’était vraiment très appréciable. Tomas, le concierge, était vraiment super sympathique, disponible et utile pour nous conseiller sur les atouts de la péninsule de Beara et les restaurants. Nous espérons pouvoir revenir rapidement chez John ! Nous recommandons +++++++ sa belle demeure ! Merci !

We loved ever second of our stay here. Perfect for a big family/group holiday.. the house was spotless, spacious and the kitchen was equipped with everything you could possibly need. There was a gorgeous welcome basket waiting for us with bubbly, cheeses, chocolate, coffee, etc. - a very nice touch that was much appreciated! Beautiful outdoor area with brand new bbq and seats, over looking amazing views of the sea. Sitting room was very cosy with stove which was used most nights! All bedrooms were very comfortable and showers were 10/10. There was very much a luxurious feel to the place with a lot of attention to detail - like great quality towels and linen, diffusers, etc.! Location wise , 5-10 mins from ballydehob- ideal for coffees in the AM, and 10 mins from Schull with nice lunch spots and pub! We can’t wait to come back! Exceeded our expectations! We had two families (9 people) staying for a special occasion. Ages from 12 to 90. The ground floor bedroom with balcony is stunning in the evening. There is so much outdoor space, the kids loved the little football pitch. The location was great, walking distance to the town, the beach and pitch & putt. We had a few queries coming up to the stay and during and all were responded to. We were very lucky to have stayed here.

The photos do not do this place justice. It’s an extraordinary setting. Incredibly peaceful and stunning scenery all around. Our party had three kids under 9 and seven adults ranging from 39-83 and we all got exactly what we wanted from the stay. The kids had the beach and rocks to explore for fish and crabs, the parents had the views and peace and quiet to unwind. If you’re looking for somewhere to unwind then look no further.

We stayed in Dave’s home for 3 nights but wanted to stay forever. The home is well equipped, cosy, cool artwork and loads of records to listen to. The mature garden is stunning to relax in and look over the ocean. Down the end of the garden is steps to the beach where we spent the whole weekend swimming and kayaking - absolute heaven! We brought a kayak but there was even one for us to use at the house! It’s literally beside a lovely little pub and a few minutes walk from a restaurant (the mussels are so fresh and tasty!). We had a wonderful stay at Robert’s place. Perfect for our family of 6 adults looking for a peaceful escape from the cities. Enjoyed the walking trails in the back and the house is absolutely beautiful with a great view. Easy to get to surrounding areas for day trips. Robert was extremely welcoming and responsive. Would recommend to anyone traveling to Ireland!

An elegant house in a truly beautiful location. Our whole family (toddlers to grandparents) thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Lough Hyne. Tim, the property manager, could not have been more helpful and responsive to any requests. Missing it already and definitely would stay there again another year!
