The House is located in a residential area exactly 2.5 km from the historic center, which is equivalent to a 5 minute drive . We have an amazing view and we are in a region of a lot of nature.

Relax in this cozy space, 650m from the historical center. The apartment has a bedroom with a queen bed, goose feather pillows and “bathing” towels for added comfort and a charming pantry/kitchen that is the face of Tiradentes. The location is very quiet and safe, and it is possible to park on the street near the building. I'm a Turismologist, a citizen of Tiradentes and I love to pass on tips on local culture and gastronomy, as well as tours of the region.

The other suite is connected to the kitchen and has a trundle bed. In the kitchen, there is a table with four chairs for the meals. Minha Casa 1 is a pleasant space, with a double bedroom, bathroom and two single beds in the living room that can be used as sofas ,located in the historic center, you can take the tours , shopping , dinners and fun , all on foot without using the car if you want. it consists of the house and studio that is located in the trails if it is for more than one couple.
