Aimeric was attentive to explain the details pre-arrival. Convenient location, close to a beautiful beach Flamands. Same beach as Cheval Blanc. Coffee was provided in pods and machine in the studio. I was mostly outside-experiencing St. Barths activities.

Absolutely fabulous stay. Highly recommend this cute little house with the extraordinary perch overlooking Gustavia harbor and amazing sunsets. Sitting up on the perch was one of our favorite experiences. The place is so well organized, private, and comfortable. We would happily stay there again!

Wow, I don’t know where to begin. This villa was absolutely stunning and exceeded all of my expectations. The views were breathtaking, and the privacy between the three spacious rooms made it perfect for a peaceful and relaxing stay. The villa is beautifully designed, incredibly spacious, and so comfortable. I loved the kitchen and pool area—both were perfect for enjoying the setting. The location is ideal, with a private driveway and easy access to grocery stores, gas stations, great restaurants, beaches, beach clubs, and shops. Both the owner and the host were responsive and a pleasure to communicate with. I had such a lovely time and would absolutely recommend this villa to anyone. You truly cannot go wrong. We’ve stayed at many stunning hotels on St. Barth, but this Airbnb was truly one of our favorite experiences. The location was perfect—a short stroll to Shell Beach (our favorite) and just steps from the heart of Gustavia, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful and private. We quickly settled into the most dreamy daily rhythm and felt like locals in the best way. The apartment was spacious and beautifully done—every detail felt intentional and elevated. It felt like our own little slice of the island. It doesn’t feel like a typical Airbnb; with concierge service just outside the courtyard, it had the polish of a boutique hotel but the privacy of a serene hideaway. The hosts were thoughtful and responsive, and we appreciated the little touches that made the stay feel special. We’re already dreaming of coming back—or maybe even buying a place on that same street one day. That’s how much we loved it. If you’re looking for an authentic, effortless, and dreamy St. Barth stay—this is it.

Jeremy was an outstanding host who went above and beyond to make sure our stay was as perfect as possible. He was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our entire visit, always making sure we had everything we needed. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and even more stunning in person than it looks in the photos. This Airbnb was perfect! Exactly as described and pictured, and went above and beyond expectations! Super clean and nice. Beautiful kitchen and living room on the first floor, and bedroom and bathroom on the second floor. Incredible porches on both levels with gorgeous view of the harbor! Great amenities. Super responsive and helpful host. Also has a cleaning lady who came and tidied everything and gave us fresh towels. The location is also amazing— it is right in Gustavia, just a short walk uphill from all the best stores and restaurants and the port and Shell beach. Doesn’t get better than this. Highly recommend! We will be coming back.
