Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Corozal District

If you want to be at the heart of what’s happening in San Pedro this is the place. Restaurants all over, golf cart rentals a block away, coffee shop across the street, bars next door. Everything is walkable. I still recommend a golf cart so you wander around the island. The host Chefy was great he was always responsive helped coordinate supplies and was a very friendly guy without being intrusive. This is the spot if you want to be at the heart of nightlife. Keeping that in mind bring earplugs and a sleeping mask.

Dream Casa is a stunning property, truly a 5 star experience. We felt taken care of from the moment of booking. Excellent communication, the property management team was so helpful from securing us a golf cart to helping us book a snorkeling/boat day. (HIGHLY recommend Krishan’s suggestion of a day excursion with Victor and Dennis… an unforgettably amazing day!) The location simply cannot be beat. As far as we could see, there simply isn’t another property like it in the area. We had a golf cart and drove north several times, but you could easily walk to tons of shops, restaurants, and bars. The house and grounds are just beautiful, so spacious, and definitely has enough room for a pretty large group. We absolutely plan on returning with a larger group in the future.

We enjoyed our stay at the La Perla Del Caribe. The listing and photos accurately described both the location and the accommodations. The staff was amazing. They were kind, helpful, responsive, and went out of their way to ensure our stay was exactly what we wanted. We wouldn't hesitate to return if our travels brought us to this beautiful island again in the future.

We had a lovely stay. The property was very clean and comfortable. The location was convenient for us to be downtown for access to excursions, dining and drinks. Thank you very much for the hospitality.

The house was beautiful and the service from Marilyn our concierge was wonderful. She responded to our texts in 1-2 minutes! She was there to collect us at the airport, and she arranged our entire vacation. She was wonderful. I didn’t realize we needed to take a boat to San Pedro. It was a 2 minute ride with Senal our captain, and 2 round trips were included daily at no charge. Senal was great! He was on site every morning cleaning the pool, and he was there to ferry us back and forth whenever we requested. Our dryer blew a belt while we were there and Senal had it fixed by the next day. He took our wet laundry to another home and put it in the dryer for us…amazing! We had several meals prepared at our villa which we arranged thru Cellina which were great. The restaurant, Coconuts, is on site and we had several wonderful meals there. Our meals were prepared and served by August and another lady, and they were so friendly, and the food and service were top notch!I highly recommend !

This place is absolutely amazing! It’s not near any grocery stores and the hours of the places to eat nearby are limited so stock up on your needs. We love being out there so it’s not an issue for us. There’s a good amount of drinking water provided. The pool stays spotless and is perfect in every way! The inside is also clean and has the amenities you need. This was our second stay here and can’t wait for the 3rd!

Byron's place was the perfect place to unwind for the week. He had so many helpful tips and recommendations... especially for someone who has never been to SP. He recommended a small Golf Cart rental place, MK's, that turned out to be the perfect choice. You'll DEFINITELY want a golf cart while you are there as you are pretty far away from town. That was part of the appeal and charm for us. The golf cart rides exploring the island was one of our favorite things. It's a good idea to bring a small high powered flashlight to help with night travels. I bring one everywhere I go & I'm glad as the golf cart lights tend to be dim. Byron was so responsive & helpful wirh everything & the house & it's amenities were perfect. I highly recommend staying at Byron's! . Also Byron left binder with list of recommendations & very clear instructions on everything, & his manager, Rubio, walks you through everything. Also make sure you check out Maya & Viv for tours, a single mother & daughter team.

Great Airbnb. The place was nice and clean with everything we needed. It is part of a resort-like compound with convenient restaurants and a store a minute walk away.

Luz and Dale were amazing. Luz showed me all the hot spots and picked me up at the airport. Dale has a small store of apparel and sunglasses that I purchased from. They been there all their lives and definitely pointed me in the right direction. Thanks guys.

Cedric and Karyne's place was perfect for our family vacation. The place was clean and beautiful, well furnished and had everything we needed including kitchen supplies. The place is located a short walk away from a handful of restaurants and the market, which was very convenient. The hosts also put together a guest book filled with their favorites restraunts and places to visit. We rented a golf cart from the company Cedric recommended, William @ ATM, who was also very pleasant to work with. Cedric was quick to respond to our inquiries and was nice enough to arrange transportation for us to and from the ferry and accommodate our early arrival. Thanks Cedric and Karyne! We had a wonderful visit to San Pedro and will stay here again on our next visit.

We had a wonderful stay at Coconut Caribe 202. THIS PLACE IS BEAUTIFUL. Suzanna was very helpful with all my questions before and during our stay. The unit was super clean and felt like home. The staff at the condo was also great. Security Guards were always present making the stay safe as well as comfortable. The unit was well stocked with linens and household items. The location was perfect for us, far enough from the noise (but still walkable distance) and close enough to great dining establishments and the beach. I would stay again over and over.

We absolutely loved our time here. The location was great for everything we wanted to do. Jose and his wife were amazing, incredibly responsive. We hope to be able to stay again over the holidays. Would absolutely recommend 100%!

This spot is great and walking distance to many restaurants, you can also take a cab but the cab drivers informed me that they are charged a toll to cross the bridge before getting to the place. I opted out and walked across the bridge to avoid the extra charges but then again it was kind of hard to hail down a cab so I walked for the most part. It's not so bad if you're not carrying any luggage with you but I was informed by the locals to becareful about walking the beach at night. Over all it was a great place to stay.

Jose is awesome - this spot was so close to plenty of things, very accessible if you booked a fishing trip or got groceries delivered. Loved Nala and Mia (the guard dogs!), and other guests were very pleasant. Jose has tons of recommendations, and golf carts to rent if you need them. Would visit again - San Pedro is awesome!

Great little studio apartment! Well-appointed and secure within the gated grounds of Waynes home. The golf cart and essentially a private pool make this a great spot to visit the island from. Just minutes away from great restaurants and local grocery stores. Perfect for two!

I had a great stay at Clive’s. Everything is as described and more - very clean, quiet and close to everything you need including the sea. Clive was very helpful, proactive and graciously accommodated a late check out. I highly recommend his place. Thank you, Clive Samson

Palapa House is great. The king suite was roomy. It was nice having the kitchen although we never cooked there. The pool is a great amenity. You can't beat the location. It's close to town and to many bars and restaurants. We would definitely stay there again!

The staff at Diamante were excellent. Text communication prior to check in, transport to and from the airport, staff was working the property day and night by cleaning the pool and hot tub, gardening, and security on property at night. The service was excellent and easy. The location of the property is right on the beach, and next door to best restaurants, docks, Central Park, and piers used by the tour companies. Would highly recommend it!

This is my second time staying at Hummingbird Island, like tge first I stated it was a great experience, the place was very clean and felt like home. Very spacious, rooms and very nice kitchen, if you have a family it's great because if you want to cook a meal, you are provided with everything you need. this place is close to town, great location, the swimming pool was a great addition, specially if you have kids, my son enjoyed it. I definitely recommend this place and I will be back definitely. And the manager was very nice and friendly, he helped with our languages, and with golf cart rental, you definitely need to rent a golf cart. Thank you Hummingbird Island, we had a great time . My wife and I had a wonderful stay! We arranged a golf cart rental through the host and Amer met us at the ferry terminal to deliver it (and met us at water taxi for dropoff). We followed him to the property and he brought in our bags before we could even park the cart. Barb was there waiting to greet us and provide a walkthrough of the unit and made sure we had everything we needed. The unit itself was exactly as pictured – clean, comfortable, and well-furnished. Daily maid service kept everything tidy with and provided fresh dry towels. The Wi-Fi was reliable and allowed us to work remotely without any issues. The location, about a half-mile north of the bridge, was fantastic, although you can hear some traffic noise. We recommend a golf cart to get around so you don't have to walk along the road at night. Being right on the beach was amazing and the adjacent snorkel shop and restaurants were great. There's a nice pool and lounge area situated between the beach and unit.

Second time staying here and enjoyed it just as much as the first time! The place was clean and the WiFi was fast. Super responsive host and great location!

Stayed in the penthouse, what a fantastic spot. Gorgeous views of the ocean and sunrise. Clean room with the kitchen space.

The condo worked perfectly for our family of four. It had everything we needed and the location was excellent. We would definitely stay here again in the future.
