Quiet sweet place with covered garden balcony

Peaceful, welcoming haven, on quiet leafy street. Walking distance to Trader Joe's and city swimming pool. Private entrance, covered balcony, overlooking garden. Two clean, light bedrooms (1 Q, 1 S) Bright living space with kitchenette. There is no sink in the kitchenette.... you can leave dirty dishes in a bus tub for me. I love kids, but this is not suitable for 2 and under. Desks in both bedrooms. No tv, yes wifi. This apt is part of my house, but the door between them is always locked.

Our place has one queen-sized bed and is suited for one person or a couple. It's a small, sunny studio with a vaulted ceiling and skylights. It's located in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of coffee shops, a natural food store, restaurants, and, if you don't mind a 1.5 mile walk, OSU campus and downtown. Basic amenities include a fridge, coffee maker, and microwave. We use non-toxic cleaning products. Pesticide free, too.

The apartment is great for a quick weekend trip to catch the game or a month long stay for work. Our property is nestled on the hillslopes of the Willamette Valley, giving us great access to hiking, kayaking, and bike trails. All within a 5 mile radius. While we are close to nature, we are also only a 10 minute drive to the hospital as well as dining and shopping on the North side of Corvallis.
