Cozy atmosphere to rest or work in peace

This has been our occasional rest retreat and now we're starting to rent it out for the first time, after renovating it. It is in one of the historic apartment developments of Costa Adeje, where those of us from here spent our summers. Now it looks modern and comfortable, in a quiet immediate environment. WiFi Internet, TV, two swimming pools (one exclusively for young children) and right outside your door, three beaches and the promenade 3 minutes away. You can telework from the terrace or inside. Peace reigns here.

We have the perfect holiday spot for you!! Located in the Costa Adeje, San Eugenio area is this chic and stylish 2 bedroom villa with a private pool. There is an open-plan kitchen-living área that boasts a very cozy atmosphere. Fantastic new, private and very quiet apartment with 2 swimming pools, it is 4 minutes from the wonderful white beach of La Pinta, next to Puerto Colon, surrounded by shops, restaurants, bars, 600 meters from the Siam Park water park The apartment has a room with 2 single beds, a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a new and fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a shower, a terrace with beautiful views of the pool, ideal for families.

The good life

Bright,serene, spacious... a space where time seems different, slower. Enjoy the sun and the shade, work with the house open, dive into the water, eat and dine outdoors, read, play, walk on the beach, cook without haste... the good life. As an architect, after many renovations, I know that light and space are the real luxury. A main space that opens completely to the terrace facing the sea, towards the sunset, in a very quiet environment.
