This is a cute apartment to stay in. The king size bed was great, the view was amazing. The air conditioner was a favorite with the hot weather. The couple days we were there we took advantage of the pool area. You can find places to eat within walking distance. Public transportation is also an easy access. The only thing I would say to be aware of is that the building is being repaired from previous hurricane damage. This didn’t take away from the positive experience we had. Muchas gracias.

Betty and Victor were always very kind, the apartment was excellent, super comfortable and with a great view. all the staff were very friendly and I would definitely return, of course, hoping they will accept me again😅. I had a problem with a towel that was lost but Victor was super attentive and managed to recover it, really thank you

The place is nice. The host and the accommodation are all incredible, the problem is that everything is very far away and very expensive Transportation is very expensive and the food is the same, what they offer in the snack bar is very expensive, of poor quality and quantity, it is not worth it. I spent my trip hungry and a little bored because everything touristy was very far away.

We were very well received and very flexible with check-in time The super cute depa with an amazing view and direct access to the sea, the pool with rodadero, drinks and food service, all super quiet The area around has good restaurants and also connects super easy with diamond area The people in the fractionation also give you a super good service starting with the people who are in the lobby, they welcome you open the door 10/10

I am extremely grateful to Mr. Fernando first of welcoming us in a very warm way, explaining us every detail of the house that it is true that since you enter you perceive the elegance, originality and what I love the cleanliness, taking care of every detail, a house with everything, the excellent amenities, a beautiful swimming pool with shower in case you arrive from the beach you give you a bathroom to remove the sand, incredible area to be in the area, beds, outdoor room, outdoor table, mini-bar, pool towels, worth every penny. Beautiful rooms, very comfortable beds, very good quality bed linen, impeccable bathrooms with enough towels to be grateful. Mr. Fernando was always making sure that we were happy and enjoying ourselves, and I am doubly grateful for helping me find my pet that ran away from another house, acting immediately and with great success. The fractionation is beautiful and quiet, however the house is a little neglected, both in furniture and utensils. The blinds are full of mold, in the bathrooms there were cobwebs, the canceleria was dirty, one of the showers has no water pressure, in addition to having a pest of ants, especially in the kitchen. We were 6 people and the beds are 3 double, so without problems, however it is not recommended if more people go, since despite having inflatable mattresses and the sofa bed, with the pest of ants it would not be very comfortable. Also, there was a water leak in the kitchen sink, which we were already told they had already let them know before and they did not fix it. They should update the photos of the installations.

Excellent place, the view is beautiful, the bedrooms are spacious and comfortable, the living room and dining room very nice to spend time with family. In a very good area, the plus of cooking and recreational care makes it a better place to stay than others

Alberto's apartment has everything and more than necessary for a super pleasant and comfortable stay, the view is incredible and the location is very good. There is a lot to see and do in the surroundings... it's perfect!

The accommodation is super nice and clean, it has everything the description says. Unfortunately, due to weather conditions, we could not use the beach, but we had an amazing time and Andrea was always attentive and was super friendly. I would 100% return to this Airbnb
