This sun filled house is not just a mere living space. The magnificent views to the sea and the surrounding volcanic mountains, the large windows and the symmetric lines, turn it into the perfect retreat to relax, unwind and connect with the unique beauty of the island. Its careful refurbishment was made thanks to the contribution and creative input of my cousin, the captain. All the woodwork and the lighting fixtures are designed and custom made in his studio located in the neighborhood.

Perched in front of a valley near Ugán beach, Casa Liu connects with its surroundings both literally and emotionally. This home is encased in floor-to-ceiling windows that allow for outside living to be brought inside. Sunlight pours in, brightening every aspect of this space. And at night-time, you can feel yourself part of the universe, immersed in dozen of constellations.

Studio with a high bed from which to see the sea and the horizon, a well-equipped kitchen, a full bathroom with a shower, a living room, and a terrace from which to enjoy panoramic views of the sea. It has hammocks, an electric iron, a sink, an outdoor shower, a bathtub... you can cook and eat while enjoying the views. In the afternoons, there is nothing better than relaxing with a glass of wine watching the sunsets and starry nights in the bathtub.

Beautiful renovated finca in the quiet village of La Pared. This finca is the perfect accommodation for those who want to spend their holidays in a quiet and authentic way. The finca offers a lot of privacy and tranquility. The spacious and wind-protected terrace invites you to relax, read a book or simply enjoy the sun. La Pared is only a few minutes by car from the larger town of Costa Calma, which is why we strongly recommend a rental car.

The villa has private parking and is fully equipped with a new modern kitchen (February 2021) and has extras such as a ceramic hob with an extractor fan included, a wine cooler, and basic utensils (juicer, toaster, pressure cooker, ...) A few minutes walk to Sotavento Beach, one of Europe's best beaches, and Jandía Natural Park.
