Caution: you need to bring your drinking water.

Beach House Caparica

The Beach House is literally ON THE BEACH. The House is on the Beach Dunes just 10 meters from the Beach and 50 meters from the sea (depends on the tide :) Simple but functional. Privacy like no other. The Beach House has two independent floors but only the ground floor is accessible to guests. Most of my free time is spent at the Beach House (on the top floor). It's very common to be with my family on the top floor at the same time guests are on the ground floor.

VILA MARIA LOFT by HOST-POINT is an old house that has been completely renovated and adapted to current comfort requirements. Small but comfortable and romantic, not lacking a fully equipped kitchen, a refined bathroom and an outdoor space for breakfasts with shared tables for two. The bedroom, on the first floor and with AC, overlooks the common pool and garden, as well as the shared patio.

Inspired by the simplicity and authenticity of life by the sea, this house is a tribute to my grandfather, reflecting the welcoming and familiar spirit of the fishing village where it is located.

Turtle Beach House (Ocean view)

Dear Guests, I want to welcome you to the Turtle Beach House in Costa da Caparica. From the last floor (5th floor with elevator) you have a beautiful open view over the neighbourhood and to the Ocean (see pictures). There is space to have breakfast and dinner on the terrace or enjoy the sunset from the hammock after a day at the beach.
