Holiday rentals with beach access in Costa del Silencio

We had the best time in Nicolas’s apartment! It has everything we needed during our stay, it’s beautiful and very comfortable! In the neighboring there are supermarkets and very good restaurants, especially El Botijo, we definitely recommend it! We could always turn to Nicolas for help and advice, he replies very quickly! We recommend choosing this apartment for sure and can’t wait to have the opportunity to come back!😊

Javier was hands down one of the best hosts I’ve ever had the pleasure to stay with. He‘s always quick to reply, caring, friendly and just such a positive person. His apartment features an unmatchable view, basically straight from heaven - you wake up and fall in love with what you see. I‘m also in love with the small details like binoculars to enjoy the view even more. Javier even messages us around the time of arrival, welcoming us, which I think is a really kind gesture and shows that he’s indeed a caring host! He was also quick to provide us some restaurant recommendations :) Parking is totally fine, you park on the street in front of the building - walking distance is between 2-5 minutes depending on how lucky you got while looking for a parking spot. Last but not least, we were also offered to check out late, which perfectly matched our plans :) We’ll 100% come back and stay here again, thank you so much Javier!

I don't know what was better: the perfectly tidy and super cozy apartment... or the friendliness of the couple who rented it to me! Perhaps the winning mix of both. Clean house, convenient location, everything working – practically a dream!! The boys? Kind, helpful and with remarkable patience. In short, a top experience. If I could, I would give 6 stars out of 5. Highly recommended... but not too much, or I won't find a place anymore!

We spent a quiet week in Kerli's house, a well-kept and renovated place with everything you need. The property is in a quiet area on the Coast of Silence, there are all the necessary amenities. I recommend

A nice place to stay with a great view to mountains and marina. Not too far from the airport. Free parking in front of the building. Everything you need you can find in the apartment. A big supermarket is located not too far from the apartment. Beach is in two minutes walk. Friendly and responsive host. We had a great stay in that place.

I've stayed at many Airbnb flats and this was the best by quite a margin, despite being very reasonably priced. Almost everything was perfect and there were some excellent unexpected bonus features such as kitchen scales, sun lotion and after-sun, beach towels and a brilliant little supermarket next door. Communications were superb too; Anna always responded very quickly, was very flexible and accommodating to my needs when my flight time changed and was then perfect host. The only minor issue was the twice-daily struggle to find somewhere to park, but I always got a spot after waiting a little while. Perhaps it was just because it was the Easter break? I would definitely stay here again or at one of Anna's other places. Very highly recommended.

A lovely week in a beautiful place, with Luigi a very helpful host available when required, giving us advice on places to visit and places to eat. The apartment was furnished and decorated to a high standard, and contained everything we needed. The Balcon del Mar apartment block is in a great situation on the coast, with local shops and restaurants, and is maintained and organised very well with beautiful swimming pools, sea views etc. There are lovely local walks to be enjoyed. We were very comfortable at Yan's place! It has all the amenities described, access to the common areas of the development and in addition to being beautiful, it was very comfortable. We felt right at home! Hopefully we can come back in the future, we totally recommend it.

This location was perfect, especially if you're not a fan of burger bars and full English breakfast. Very traditional and unspoilt. The sound of the waves was wonderful. The apartment had everything you need, the fans were great. Bed is huge and very comfortable. Everything good quality. Local restaurants were amazing but, didn't get to try them all but we will definitely return to this resort and this place. We hired a car for the week and had no problems parking. But we said next time, we won't bother as we intend to have a more chilling week and sample the great eating places and go for walks. Thank you so much

Victor's accommodation is a 2-minute walk from La Tejita beach, in a quiet, peaceful and elegant residential setting. A shopping arcade with restaurants and a supermarket is also a 2-minute walk away. The house is wonderful, with two beautiful outdoor spaces that are super enjoyable. The cleanliness, tidiness and services offered for our child (cot, beach toys, books) were also excellent. Victor was a super host, super helpful, able to give us tips on the area and super responsive in solving a problem with the coffee machine. It was a real pleasure to be your guest, we hope to see you again soon!

Fantastic stay - stunning views from the property, great facilities and really good communication from the host. Really recommend this place if you’re visiting Tenerife!

Dear Andrés and Natasha, Thank you for making this dream house by the sea available to guests. For us, the most beautiful Airbnb we've ever had. It's a true gem, beautifully decorated and boasts high rooms with an exciting layout. It is right by the sea and easy to find. The various terraces and window fronts were amazing. For example, we were able to watch our children from the lower seating area in the sun lounger while playing on the beach. All rooms are very inspiring and the constant sound of the waves made us sleep very relaxed. The view from the living room and upper bedroom is unique and very romantic. Everything was very clean and the beds very comfortable. Under these circumstances, it wasn't a bad thing that the wifi went down a few times. The apartment from Natalia & John was great! Within walking distance from good restaurants, supermarkets and the beach. So very central but in a quiet neighbourhood. Everything we could think of was there; beach umbrellas and chairs included. They allowed us to do a late check out which was very nice. We very much recommend this house in Alcala if you want to explore Tenerife and you don’t like the big resorts and the very touristic places like los cristianos.

Wow, this Villa exceeded our expectations, particularly the outside pool area, the clean bright patio and seating areas were very comfortable - it felt bigger than we imagined and the view was beautiful. We used the BBQ one evening as it was so chilled and peaceful here. The pool was also heated so was nice to sit late evening dipping our toes. The villa itself was very clean has a brand new modern feel about it, with all the amenities you could need. The location was great for us as it was set back so it was quiet, but only a 10min drive to most places. We did often walk down to front area around 30-40mins plenty of taxis around and it was cheap to get back. Nina was lovely and welcoming greeted us at the villa making check in easy; and gave us some lovely restaurant recommendations which we ate at and loved. We would and have already thoroughly recommend this villa to friends, and if we are back in Tenerife we would absolutely love to stay here. Thank you again.

This accommodation is a little paradise on Earth!! When we arrive, we are totally disoriented in a small cocoon of greenery. The pool is a treat for both adults and children. The accommodation was very clean and very well maintained, as were all the facilities and infrastructure. Ana is a very responsive and attentive host, always ready to respond to help us with the slightest problem. The staff has always been very polite, helpful and discreet. We will return with great pleasure and without hesitation to this little paradise.

Great apartment. Great Sea view. 12th floor but lift very reliable. Good Supermarket near by. Short costal walk into the centre of Los Cristianos. Large Bedroom. Very clean with everything you need.

Apartamento espectacular!

We had a wonderful holiday staying at this apartment. The location was perfect. The apartment was spotlessly clean. Miguel was very welcoming and helpful. I would highly recommend it.

We have just had a great few days at Carmen Rosa’s apartment. When we got there we met Tamara’s mother who made us so welcome!! We were after a complete chill out break and this is what we got. The apartment I had everything you need, including a large balcony terrance which catches the sun most of the day. I would certainly recommend a car for your visit. There are a couple of local supermarkets but 2 larger ones (including a Lidl) only a few minutes drive away. The apartment is spotlessly clean. We enjoyed just sitting watching the boats come in and out of the harbour. I would really recommend This apartment.

The location of the accommodation is just perfect and the view from the balcony is a dream. Massimilano was a super nice host, we felt very comfortable. Definitely recommend!

Great stay, excellent hosts. Would definitely stay again

Lovely flat in a peaceful area right by the beach, comfortably furnished and well-equipped. There’s a scenic coastal trail just next to the flat that’s perfect for watching the sunrise. Although there was some construction nearby, it wasn’t disruptive at all. Laura was a wonderful host—very welcoming and checked in multiple times to see if I needed anything. The only minor drawback is that, being on the ground floor, the flat doesn’t get a lot of natural light. However, it’s not a big issue, especially if you keep the window open.

Very nice, clean, well-equipped and quiet accommodation in a great location. Good starting point for a variety of activities, whether beach or active holidays. Flexible check-in or out. Migle is very friendly, helpful and easy to reach. Everything is tip-top, I'd love to come back!
