Miguel è un host straordinario, sempre disponibile per info e richieste su come organizzare una bella vacanza nella bellissima Cadice . Siamo stati benissimo. Grazie di tutto Miguel !!!

A very nice modern studio house in a quiet residential neighborhood and close to beach. Inside is very modern and the shower is one of the best I have ever had. For the size of house there is a large walled garden which was ideal for the dog to run around in. It was a very comfortable stay.

El apartamento es muy bonito y luminoso y te sientes como en casa. Está en una urbanización cerrada, muy tranquila y muy segura y cuidada y cerca de la playa. También el tener aparcamiento dentro es una ventaja, así como tener al lado un centro comercial con restaurantes, tiendas,... . Además Antonio fue muy amable y cercano desde el principio y lo hizo todo fácil. Nos han entrado ganas de volver y poder quedarnos unos días más.

Spectacular home. I thought the photographs in the description were phenomenal. Once we arrived, however, I understood why other reviewers wrote that the photographs don’t do justice to the view. It’s a hike to the beach (two flights of stairs, 123 steps on one and about 20 on the other), but that didn’t stop us from going several times during the few days of our stay. I highly recommend.

Wir waren mit der Unterkunft für 2 Personen sehr zufrieden. Es war alles sehr sauber und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt . Die einheimischen Geschäfte und Restaurants sind innerhalb von wenigen Minuten gut erreichbar. Ebenso der riesige weiße saubere Strand. Wir haben auch E-bikes gemietet in Conil, was sehr einfach war. Auch hier war alles super organisiert. Wir bekamen von unseren Gastgebern Tips von der Umgebung, was sehr hilfreich war. Kostenloser Parkplatz war auch in der Nähe vorhanden, man brauchte ab und zu etwas Geduld bis einer frei war. Aber im Urlaub hat uns das überhaupt nicht gestört :)

Fantástica ubicación, muy cerquita del mar y del centro de Conil. El apartamento es tal y como se describe y está impecable. Javier es super amable y atento, da gusto tratar con él. Repetiremos seguro!

Buscabamos un fin de semana tranquilo y fue una maravilla. Una muy buena ubicación, un ambiente excelente y un trato por parte de Jaime de 10!

Wir haben das Haus von Javier auf unserer Andalusien Tour gebucht und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es hat an nichts gefehlt, sogar Kaffee haben wir vorgefunden. Die Zimmer, die Bäder und Küche war super sauber. Die Küche ist sehr gut eingerichtet. Den schönen Innenhof mit Outdoor Möbeln ,sowie einem großen Tisch mit 6 Stühlen hat den Urlaub abgerundet. Wir können Javier Haus gut weiter empfehlen.

Das App. ist noch schöner als auf den Fotos. Den Meerblick/Sonnenuntergang haben wir sehr genossen. Alles vorhanden was man braucht und sauber. Die Nähe zum Supermarkt, Strand und den Restaurants ist fantastisch. Leider konnten wir den Pool nicht nutzen, da wir zur Vorsaison hier waren. Sieht aber sehr gut aus. Man kann es nur empfehlen.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Little Stonehouse in Tarifa. The location is truly special—set in an area of outstanding natural beauty, surrounded by wildflowers and peaceful landscapes. If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat in nature with charm, comfort, and real character, this is the place. We can’t wait to return.

Excelente alojamiento, muy bien cuidado y limpio, con espacio de sobra para grupos o familias. Ella siempre estuvo pendiente y nos atendieron de maravilla. Íbamos con niños y el patio trasero fue estupendo para que jugaran y disfrutaran. La zona comunitaria también era estupenda. Tiene piscina comunitaria pero estaba cerrada aún. En coche estábamos a pocos minutos de la playa. Muy recomendable en todos los aspectos.

Very nice apartment, would definitely recommend it. The house lies on a secluded park, which while we were there was very quiet during the week and became lively in the weekend. People were friendly and the swimming pool was very nice. The outside area of the house is nice and private, people cannot easily look inside. The house itself is good, keeps cool and has a modern interior. Overall a very nice experience!

Maria Jesus was extremely helpful during the booking process. We greatly enjoyed our stay at her beautiful and spacious villa. It was very clean and the kichen was well stocked with everything you would need. The yard is amazing with a lovely pool and seating area. It is steps away from a gorgeous beach!! I would highly recommend staying here.

Von der Buchung über den Aufenthalt bis zur Abreise waren wir sehr zufrieden. Anton war immer via Textnachrichten erreichbar, vor Ort war ein Freund von ihm für die Schlüsselüber- und -abgabe. Er spricht nur spanisch aber mit ÜbersetzerApp kein Problem. Die Lage ist exzellent, ruhig, aber nur wenige Meter bis zum Strand, zur Promenade und netten Restaurants. Die Helladeria ist gleich nebenan mit dem besten Pistazieneis ever.. Bisher die beste Unterkunft in Chiclana, gerne wieder. 😎

This place is phenomenal. The apartment is huge, very spacious and has everything you need. Lots of cafes and restaurants within easy walking distance and obviously the beach on your doorstip. And the view is even better than the photos, I couldn't rave about it any more highly. Lourdes was an amazing host, she went out of her way to help myself and my parents have a wonderful stay and we would not hesitate to return. Also great location for getting into the old town on the bus (stops right outside the door) while also being able to drive in and out of the town without traffic. And having a parking spot is an absolute bonus. Everything was wonderful and it was the perfect end to our trip.

This top floor apartment is fully equipped, clean and spacious and was perfect for our party of three. The local host Nono was very helpful and flexible with arrival and departure times. The parking space was very secure under the building and just big enough for our small SUV (Nissan Juke). All in all an excellent place to stay. Thank you

Probably the best Airbnb we have ever stayed in. Very modern, right at the beach, incredible views and very calm. Basically walking distance to anything in Rota. Perfectly clean and equipped with everything you need even for a long term stay. Silvia was also super fast to communicate and made sure we feel ourselves at home from the first moment. I highly recommend staying here and I would love to come back one day!

Eine wunderbare Woche! Monique ist warmherzig, bereits im Vorfeld immer ansprechbar und hat uns herzlich willkommen geheißen. Als es am ersten Tag ein Problem mit dem Strom gab, haben sich Miguel und der eigens herbeigerufene Elektriker sofort gekümmert, obwohl es Samstagabend war. Das Haus ist wunderschön und hat alles, was man braucht. Sogar eine Strandtasche hatte Monique vorbereitet. Die Dachterrasse ist abends traumhaft, um die Sterne zu sehen. Alles ist sauber und durchdacht eingerichtet. Der Strand ist wirklich nur zwei Minuten Fußweg vom Haus entfernt. Nur am Wochenende war es dort voll, unter der Woche war nicht viel los. Der Atlantik hatte zum Teil tolle Wellen, gerade richtig für ein bisschen Aufregung.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in Claudias Wohnung direkt neben dem Mercado Central in Cádiz. Die Lage ist einfach unschlagbar – mitten in der Altstadt, alles fußläufig erreichbar, und der tägliche Besuch am Markt war ein echtes Highlight. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Alles war super sauber, gemütlich und gleichzeitig modern – man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Auch die Ausstattung ließ nichts zu wünschen übrig, es war an alles gedacht. Claudia war eine tolle Gastgeberin: freundlich, gut erreichbar und hilfsbereit, wenn man Fragen hatte. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder – Cádiz ist traumhaft und ihre Wohnung der perfekte Ausgangspunkt, um die Stadt zu entdecken. Absolute Empfehlung!

Fácil acceso e indicaciones muy concretas. Tal cual en las fotos, precioso decorado y no faltaba detalle. Muy cerca de la playa. Contactamos con Alba en un momento y nos atendió muy rápido y nos solucionó el problema. Recomendada cabaña con todas las facilidades y muy tranquilo.
