Waterfront holiday rentals in Côte-Nord

C’est un vrai petit paradis! L’endroit est très beau et très bien entretenu, je dirais même impeccable! On a eu un accueil chaleureux de l’hôte Richard, souriant et disponible! Je recommanderais cet endroit à tous ceux et celles qui désirent un séjour dans la nature et très tranquille… la ville n’est pas très loin avec tout ceux que l’on a besoin!

This stay was delightful after our ferry crossing- very restful spot and allowed us to recharge our batteries on our way to Gros Morne!

Two of us with our 2 small dogs had a great stay at the beach house! Great location close to trails and on the beach. Kayla was a wonderful hostess and even let us depart a little later. This place is right on the boardwalk with steps down to the beach. One morning we even saw sheep grazing on a hill by the beach. So many thoughtful extras including Gross Morne coffee, books on the area to browse, and even local art and vamps you could purchase made the stay so special. This place is immaculate and cozy. The beds were comfortable with hotel quality duvets and sheets and pillows and the kitchen had everything you could want. Comfortable seating in the living room was more for 2 or 3 max, something to keep in mind. We didn’t want to leave, it was perfect for us!

Très bel endroit pour se poser, décor intérieur chaleureux et « zen ». La vue sur le le fleuve aurait sûrement été magnifique sans le smog des feux de forêt de l’Ouest Canadien (!)… mais la beauté intérieure a fait le travail (beaucoup de verdures, oeuvres d’art). Mathieu a été proactif en lien avec une problématique avec la machine à café mais ce problème n’a pas terni notre séjour. Si vous voulez un silence complet, ce n’est pas la place puisque l’endroit est près d’une route relativement passante et que nous pouvons entendre les voisins d’en haut marcher (mais ils sont tranquilles par ailleurs). Ceci mis à part, notre séjour fut à la hauteur de nos attentes et nous y reviendrions sans hésiter.

Beau logis, très bien situé avec tout ce qu'il nous fallait. Rirn ne manquait. Très propre. Coucher de soleil magnifique qui imbibe le lieu d'une belle lumière tangerine.

Our family of four, along with our dog, had a wonderful stay at Rachel’s place. The home was spotless, incredibly quiet, and even more charming in person than in the photos. We were very comfortable during our overnight stop and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean and restful place to stay.

Agréable pour la fin de semaine car le commerce du dessous est fermé. Très propre beaucoup de couverture en extra avec un lit plient. Rien à redire pour la propreté des lieux et tout pour cuisiné.

Très belle découverte. Annik est une super hôte ! Logement est propre et bien équipé nous n'avons manqué de rien, quartier tranquille, bien situé, facile d'accès. Merci Annik

My family had a great time at Aimee’s place. Very clean, cozy and reasonable space. It is surprised for us to find out the house has a huge yard and next to the water. The location is convenient if you plan to travel to Forillon national park and Percé rock within 50 mins drive. We would like to come back in the summer. Thanks

Nous avons passé une magnifique semaine chez Dany. L'intérieur du chalet est très beau et bien entretenu. Il est super bien équipé et on se sent tout de suite à la maison (points bonus pour le gaufrier professionnel :P). La vue sur le fleuve est imprenable et les couchers de soleil se savourent de n'importe où dans ou hors la maison. La lumière est très belle en tout temps. Un lieu magique pour se ressourcer au rythme des marées. L'accès tout proche à la petite plage de galets est un atout pour les promenades. Le quartier est calme malgré le passage de la 132 tout proche et du coin un peu industrialisé avec la ville pas très loin. Dany était un super hôte, toujours à disposition et proactif. Merci encore pour tout, nous reviendrons si de passage en Gaspésie.

Fantastic experience overall. Gorgeous location with views of the ocean, easy access to the mountains, and close to the grocery store / town. Clean and comfortable space. Laundry in-unit was a huge perk. Perfect for a group trip! FYI - kitchen supplies are perfectly fine but not great. If you plan on doing a lot of cooking (we visited during early April and not much was open in town for food), you might consider bringing some of your own supplies.

La Tanière est un endroit charmant, tranquille et intime au bord de la rivière Matane. À notre arrivée, tout permettait qu’on se sente rapidement chez soi: lieu impeccable, bien équipé, qui sent bon, illuminé, chaleureux et décoré avec soin. Communication facile et rapide avec Cathy et Annicka. Nous avons adoré le clapotis de l’eau, le chant des nombreux oiseaux, le soleil et la brise, ainsi que la terrasse permettant un magnifique panorama sur le rivière. Un séjour reposant et ressourçant. Merci de partager ce bel endroit.

Excellent séjour ! Comme chaque fois que j’y vais. C’était bien de revoir ces beaux lieux en été. Tout est toujours très bien et propre. Puis je les remercie encore d’avoir été flexible pour l’heure d’arrivée. Parfois un peu gênant comme avec l’accueil des propriétaires avant même d’entrer dans les lieux ou en les croisant régulièrement. Mais justement ils sont là s’il y a quoi que ce soit au moins.

Great spot to stay in the Gaspe region! Exactly as advertised, would definitely stay again!

Priyanka was fantastic. Traveling to the Cape Breton Highlands in the middle of February can have its challenges. The weather did not want to cooperate but Priyanka and her caretakers sure did. There was a power outage prior to our arrival so we were expecting it to be cold and dark. To our surprise the house was bright and warm as they had a generator up and running allowing us to fully enjoy our first evening. The caretaker of the property continually checked on us, kept the driveway cleared and when the weather cleared, made sure we had access to all of the outdoor amenities. We were able to walk the never ending beach and were left speechless at the incredible views. There are very few places on earth that can offer the feeling of being on that beach and looking into the mountains and out to sea in the heart of winter. I hope we get the opportunity to return!! To say Priyanka and her staff go above and beyond would be an understatement! Thank you for a spectacular weekend!

Lyse's property was very beautiful and so was the house. Very clean and everything we wish to have to make our stay most comfortable. Lyse was very friendly. We would highly recommend this place for a very good choice to rent.

Anyk and her daughter Rose were wonderful hosts. Ideal location close to good food and a hiking trail. Enjoyed my early morning coffee with the hummingbirds that also love Anyk's gardens and property. Enjoyed my stay and the peace and tranquility offered!

Le séjour à la Villa Meredith fut très agréable, dans un cadre calme avec un accès direct à la Baie des Chaleurs et de nombreuses activités aux alentours pour les amateurs de plein air. Ce serait une destination de choix si nous retournerions dans la région.
