We enjoyed our stay - the location is especially great for kids being across the road from paths, a large playground and the water. Lots of restaurant and cafe options nearby, and walkable to the beach. The apartment is essentially two master suites. Both bedrooms are a similar size, with walk-through wardrobes. One has an ensuite and one has direct access to the main bathroom. We really enjoyed the large balcony and the view is better than the listing shows. We did find it a little inconvenient that the onsite parking is not assigned and was full for the duration of our stay, and the air conditioner is on a timer. I had a wonderful stay at Iain's place! The apartment was exactly as described—clean, stylish, and in a great location. The bed was super comfortable, and the amenities made it feel like home. Communication with Iain was seamless; they were responsive and provided great local recommendations. The check-in process was also smooth and hassle-free. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches like the complimentary snacks and staple food that were left in the cupboard. Would absolutely stay again if I'm ever back in the area. Highly recommend!

really enjoyable stay. place was beautiful although internet wouldn’t allow to stream anything on tv. sooo many cute cafes nearby to grab a coffee and walk along the beach!!

We had a great stay at Jane and Ian’s place. A big space for our family, with the beach and river both close by. We really enjoyed our stay!

Caz's unit is exactly as described. Great location to the surf club and the beach and the rooftop was such an added bonus! The unit is spacious and has plenty of added touches to make your stay easy (eg: beach towels, washing detergent, etc). Caz even gave me a local restaurant recommendation for my daughter's birthday - it was amazing! She even left us a happy birthday banner to decorate the unit. A great stay and Caz was very responsive to my messages. Thank you for having us!

Fantastic place with fantastic views

We love this place so much! The beautiful view made our afternoons in the balcony very much enjoyable. All the rooms and amenities are very clean and neat. Grocery is just a walk away and we can enjoy the scenery while at it. The check-in was super easy, and very well instructed beforehand so we had mo problem at all. Greatly recommended!

Justine is fabulous host. Friendly, kind and helpful. She has a beautiful place with direct access to the beach and restaurants. She is proactive in her communication and was flexible allowing us an extra couple of hours in her beautiful flat! We have a marvellous weekend, thanks to her!

Our stay was great! Awesome location right on the beach by Maroochy surf slub. There were 3 bedrooms, and an extra mattress so can sleep plenty if needed. We had everything we needed and Daniel was great at communicating

I really enjoyed my stay at this apartment! It was spacious, modern and comfortable, with everything I needed, including a fully equipped kitchen. The bed was also really comfortable. Michelle was always responsive, friendly and helpful throughout my stay; she also allowed for an early check in! Great location with easy walk to the supermarket/shops, Cotton Tree Park and cafes. The Master bedroom and balcony face the main road so there is some road noise in the mornings but otherwise I couldn't fault it. Thanks for a great stay!

Kimberley is an exceptional host - she personalises her communication with you, is extremely responsive and has thought of all the details you need to enjoy a home away from home. We needed to find accommodation for two families at the last minute due to an event reschedule following Tropical Cyclone Alfred and Kimberley was so understanding and accommodating. Cannot recommend her enough as a host!

We reached out to book Melanie’s apartment for a family weekend away. From the moment we booked the communication and responsiveness was incredible. The accommodation was immaculate and as described. Location was brilliant, walking distance to restaurants, and the facilities at the accommodation were impressive. Everyone that stayed could not fault it. Would highly recommend to anyone. What a fabulous place that is so beautifully styled with lovely comfortable beds and linen. All the amenities were top notch and spotlessly clean. Great location with the beach right across the road. Natasha was a wonderful host who went out of her way to make us feel at home with lots of added extras like flexible check in and out times etc and excellent communication. Was so lovely we didn’t want to leave and definitely plan to come back in the future. We just loved it.

Overall, it was a great stay. The home looked exactly like the photos, and there was plenty of space for our family of 5. Things such as the port-a-cot and highchair made the stay even better as we are a young family. Close proximity to everything, we were able to walk to Mooloolaba and Alexandra Headlands. Good parking spaces. And the facilities in the complex were great, too. We would definitely consider staying again.

Kris and Steve were very friendly gave us an early check in, there was lots of toys and things to do in the apartment. The beds were comfortable and lots of blankets supplied for when it got cold. The kids had a little play in the water park even though it’s winter they had it heated. They left us food which was very kind. The only problem was the kids were devastated to leave! So we will be back soon.

A great location and our kids loved the pool and waterslide. The surf club across the road was perfect for an easy and delicious dinner or coffee/smoothie and the beach was beach was beautiful. A great stay!

Robbie was great to deal with from the start. The room was really good for us and the resort facilities beautifully maintained. The pools were lovely to swim in and bbq area clean. Off street parking is always a bonus. Opposite the beach was a great location but Sunshine coast is a little busy for us. Would we stay again. Yes could as it’s close to family.

An amazing unit. Beautiful views, exactly like the photos. comfy bed. lovely decor. Everything we needed and more. Great location. Easy check in and out. Maor was quick to respond to questions. Close to nice eateries and the beach ect. Definitely stay here again.

John has been the most wonderful and responsive host. John’s unit is as described and photographed - exceptionally clean, beautifully renovated, top quality appliances, great beds and linen, huge array of kitchen and cookware etc. Everything has been thought of to make the perfect stay! The beach is through the nearby gorgeous sandy track, swim flags nearby, and the building facilities are great. We already love this part of the coast - walks up Mt Coolum and enjoying long lunches at The Boat Shed. We highly recommend John as a 5 star and exceptional host - he has been amazingly responsive when needed - we look forward to future stays at his beautiful home. 😊⭐️🏖️☀️
