Off-street parking and a private entrance to your own fenced yard. A pathway leads to a private patio with an outdoor seating area. The cottage includes a Queen sized bed, TV with Netflix, bathroom, bathtub and shower. It is located on our property adjacent to our home, and we are available as much or as little as you desire. Enjoy a quiet getaway in this charming cottage renovated, designed, and owned by Chip and Joanna Gaines. Originally the carriage house for Hillcrest Estate, this home includes one bedroom, one bath, an office nook and a private back patio. This makes it the perfect getaway for a party of two, or if you’re stopping through town and need a restful place to retreat. If traveling with little ones, the Hillcrest Cottage can comfortably accommodate one to two children for an additional fee.

Enjoy a peaceful stay at this quiet, spacious guesthouse. This unique property is minutes from Woodway and Hewitt Drive with convenient access to food and fun! Only 12 miles from downtown Waco, take advantage of all the city has to offer and then retreat to the quiet nights of Lorena. This one bedroom, private building is separate from the main house. The bedroom, bathroom, and main area all have separate entrances. The living area has a queen-sized sofa bed for additional guests.

The German Schmear Cottage

The German Schmear Cottage is tucked away on a quiet street in the Mountainview area. It is centrally located (HEB, Target, and Starbucks are right down the road) and only 10-15 minutes from downtown, the Silos, and Baylor. Once a detached garage, this 400 square foot space is now a cozy, modern living space and is on the property of the main German Schmear (fixer upper) house, which is also a vacation rental. Oso Condo - Walk To The Silos

Our condo in the historic Behrens building, and just a short walk from Magnolia Market, Dr. pepper Museum, Waco Suspension Bridge and only a mile from Baylor’s campus. The building was built by the Clifton family for the Behrens Drug Company in 1913. It was a fire-proof, concrete structure constructed to provide ample working space for employees and to keep them safe. In the 1990s it was converted to loft living spaces.

This private guest suite is uniquely located in the back of Waco's local art supply store! The unit is located in the Uptown neighborhood, just adjacent to downtown, with Pinewood Coffee Roasters and Harvest on 25th just around the corner! Private entrance with keyless entry allows you as much privacy as you want! Two bicycles are available at no additional charge allowing you to explore Waco up-close and personal!
