Newly-built apartment at the harbor entrance in Mariehamn

The 57 sqm apartment is on the fourth floor with number 12. It has a 13 sqm balcony facing west with some view of the harbor entrance. In the living room there is a sofa bed 120 cm wide and 170 cm long, as well as a mattress.. 150 m below the house is the boardwalk on which you reach the ferry terminal in 15 minutes. On the street outside, you will find buses to Mariehamn city center. A carport belongs to the apartment. Elevator is available. The apartment is rented out at least 5 nights in a row. Sheets and towels are not included.

Located in southern Mariehamn, Västra Ytternäs is a scenic and central part of the city. From the residence you reach the city center through the connecting walking and biking track (about 2.5 km), by city bus (stop of approx. 240 m distance from the residence) or through a short drive. Apartment, 50 square meters which is fully equipped with new and fresh furniture. Calm area with 1.5km to Mariehamn city and about the same distance to a big super market and shopping center. You can reach the beach within a few minutes with car or 15-20 minute by foot. With a big king size bed and a sofa bed you can comfortably sleep 4 people. An extra bed can be requested if needed. Laundry and sauna is available in the house and is shared with other tenants.

Nice townhouse apartment in three floors with lake view

Townhouse apartment located scenic at Fiskehamnen, 2 km from Mariehamn city centre Three floors with very beautiful lake views facing west and only 30 meters down to the shoreline and marina. Very quiet and undisturbed location at cul-de-sac overlooking the entrance to the harbor and the daily ferry service. Mariehamn's popular and most beautiful walking path just below the deck. Large parts of the apartment have been renovated during the fall of 2024.
