Holiday rentals with a fire pit in County Cork

Need a wonderful base camp for the Ring of Kerry??? This is your spot! Spacious, cozy, convenient. We can to town with 6 people and it was plenty big enough. Quick access to the store and kitchen has everything you could need. Loved our stay. I think the add needs to be updated to reflect there is NOT a smart TV. There is a very small tv with built in dvd player that could keep the little ones entertained. Tom went above and beyond and had a neighbor drop off an HDMI cord so we could at least get some tv off the laptop to the small tv. If you want a place to relax and unplug then I would recommend you stay here! Thanks Tom for a great stay.

We had a great stay at the lake house. The house is beautiful and has a lot to offer. The location is private and you have a nice view over the lake. Paul made great suggestions for activities and answered quickly. Thanks for everything!

We had a wonderful stay here, surrounded with hills and a quick drive to many little walks, the coast, interesting towns and about 1.5h from areas further afield such as the Ring of Kerry or Mizzen Head. The space itself is comfortable and clean, and was perfect for our visit (us + 2 young kids + 2 elderly parents) — being able to let the kids play outside is a real gift. Hot tub gets nice and hot and was a great treat to end the day. Thank you Marcella for a wonderful stay, and for being so responsive and helping us with a few of the bits we needed / had forgotten at home! Xx

A really lovely very rural setting out in the countryside, quite isolated (but not in a bad way!) with easy access to Ballydehob and the N71. There were 6 adults in our party but we felt like we had plenty of room. We especially liked to congregate in the sunroom area where the dining room table was located - a great area for socializing. The kitchen and bathrooms were nicely updated, and the bedrooms were comfortable and spacious. Pat provided us with lots of suggestions for activities in the area. I'm very sorry that we weren't able to take his suggestion to buy the potatoes at the Farmer's Market in Skibbereen because surely they must have been the most wonderful potatoes in the world. Sorry, Pat! We strongly recommend using the EIR postal code to find the cottage - the verbal instructions like "the Road bends to the left, down a small dip and rises up again" didn't quite work for us. The cottage is wonderful, and Pat's a helpful, responsive host.

Kevin’s place in Glenbeigh was fantastic! The views were stunning, and the beach was just a short walk away—perfect for relaxing strolls. The kitchen was super well-stocked, which made cooking easy and enjoyable. The town itself has everything you need, with a cozy pub, a few nice restaurants, and essentials all nearby. Highly recommend for a peaceful, scenic getaway!

This was such a generous space for 7 adults and 4 children under 11. The weather was amazing so we made full use of the lovely back garden and its gas barbecue and in the evening the fire pit. The kitchen had every piece of equipment imaginable and loads of plates and cutlery etc The view out the back was the mountains out front the sea and further the Iveragh Penninsula in County Kerry. We had food from the food truck at the next door pub and lunch at O Neills in Allihies. Of course crab sandwiches with the wonderful Adrienne at Mc Cathy’s bar in Castletownbere. Walks to Cleanach and the Arches, swims at Travara and the cable car for some thrills. A special and generous place. (It would be wonderful if there were a safe off road path to the little beach or some provision by the county council to make the road more pedestrian friendly).

tower house was clean and spacious every room had its own ensuite which allowed everyone they're own privacy we were here for a wedding and everyone had their own space to get ready the kitchen and living area was comfortable and had plenty of room for us to both eat and relax and the outside patio was lovely in the good weather

Nous avons passé un excellent sejour. Gret a ete tres réactive et aidante pour repondre a nos questions. Le droit est magnifique, la maison tres adaptée pour accueillir des nombreuses personnes. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

What a gem of a find at John’s place. It was exactly as described but in addition the quality of the furnishings and quality of the kitchen appliances, crockery, cutlery was exceptional. John had clearly thought of everything to make our stay comfortable. He was very knowledgeable about the surrounding area, and was able to answer any questions we had. I was able to go out on the bay in his kayak and saw the seals. A lovely experience. If we return to this area again we will definitely be in touch to use Johns place again.

We loved our stay ,it felt like home,we will deffo be back.The home was spacious,and very clean,the hot tub was a real bonus after a long drive,and to play a little music before bedtime was priceless.The doggies also were welcomed which we appreciated. The only downside we would have liked to stay longer🤸‍♀️😊🐕🐕🐕

Was für ein wunderbarer Ort! Wir hatten uns vom ersten Moment an wie zu Hause gefühlt. Vielen Dank für den herzlichen Empfang, die wunderschöne und bestens ausgestattete Wohnung sowie das liebevoll zusammengestellte Willkommenspaket – eine sehr aufmerksame Geste, die uns einen Einkauf am ersten Abend erspart hat! Es war eines der besten Ferienhäuser, in dem wir je übernachtet hatten. In jedem Detail war zu spüren, wie viel Sorgfalt und Liebe hineingeflossen war. Wir reisten entspannt und glücklich ab – und hofften schon bei der Abfahrt, eines Tages zurückzukehren. Ein großes Dankeschön an Vary und ihre Familie – sie haben hier wirklich etwas ganz Besonderes geschaffen.

Spent a lovely night here- the views are absolutely stunning and the place had everything we needed! The location is perfect for exploring Kenmare!

We had top floor. 2 adults and two kids. We were attending a Christening in Mill Street which is 15 min drive from here. Nice place. It's actually located on the local 4km loop if you fancy a walk or run. Great host.

Thomas and Birgit's place was amazing! Nestled in the countryside it is incredibly peaceful and quiet! Really nice to spend time on patio or backyard when it's sunny. The apartment was in pristine condition, with most things being almost brand new. Lots of space, even bigger than shown in photos. Lovely shower with multiple modes, and everything you need in the kitchen. Appreciated the fruit provided, and the kitchen equipment like Tupperware containers and oils etc. The place is very close to Priest's leap which was fantastic just before sunset! Birgit and Thomas were super friendly and also went out of their way to respect our privacy. One of the best places we've ever stayed! ps - the road up to the accomodation is mostly single lane so take care when driving up but it is worth it.

Sadly didn't get to stay here personally as motorbike died however my dad and uncle said this was the best stop on the trip with everything two bikers needed for a comfortable stay, and a decent homemade brekkie available for a little extra, thanks again

We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect location. We were in walking distance to everywhere in town. The flat was clean and thoughtfully offered all of the”extras” , bathrobes, nice towel sheets, even milk, butter and beer in the fridge as well as a bottle of wine. We couldn’t have been happier!

We had the most amazing time at Greg's beautiful air bnb. From start to finish we felt so relaxed. We were greeted by the lovely Patrick who showed us around and explained everything. It was like a tropical paradise! We travelled with 2 children and they had such an amazing time in the pool. Everything was as described. The house was spotless, garden is so beautiful and the viewing point was stunning. We would highly recommend Glashnacree House and Gardens and we will 100% be returning in the future.

In Jenny's 'sheep cottage' zu übernachten, ist ein Erlebnis für all jene, die es auch mal einfacher mögen. Früh morgens ist es zwar etwas frisch, da keine Heizung vorhanden ist, aber es ist absolut aushaltbar. Die Atmosphäre ist im positiven Sinn einzigartig und aussergewöhnlich 😃

if you are looking to get away from everyone and everything this is the ideal place, peaceful, quite, tranquil and surrounded by nature, our host were so welcoming, the cabin had everything you needed and you left at home straight away, we spent 3 nights there and we were sorry we didn't book it for longer but it wont be long before we rebook

This was an absolutely beautiful setting and the tiny home was perfect. The town is small and we met some wonderful people at The Wild West! Our first trip to Ireland was nothing less than perfect.

Eine der schönsten Unterkünfte, in der ich je war. absolut sauber und gemütlich (der Kamin war schon vorbereitet, wir mussten ihn nur noch anzünden!). Wir haben stundenlang auf dem Sofa gesessen, der Stille gelauscht und das Meer und die vielen Tiere beobachtet. Die Anfahrt ist mit Hilfe der guten Erklärungsvideos auch kein Problem. Einfach langsam fahren und auf die Anweisungen achten.

Our stay in the Eco cabin was a truly cool experience! Our favorite part by far was enjoying the stunning views of the bay from our windows and the deck. The Eco cabin itself was very comfy, cozy, clean, and well thought out. It was in great shape and appeared to have been built recently. The reception staff who showed us our cabin was friendly and welcoming. We also really enjoyed the convenient and scenic walking trail along the cliff, which leads directly into town, making our strolls to and from dinner a delight.

Denis and John fantastic people!!we had fresh baked bread in the morning fresh homemade scones.we also had farm egg s!!!my son feed the chickens and calfs little of experience for him he was very Happy!!John had the bone fire lighting every evening always chatting very friendly!!cosy peacful place i will recomend that from the heart!!!
