Sheelin Shamrock Lodge is situated at Lough Sheelin in the heart of Ireland's lakelands. There is access to the shoreline with a private jetty. The lodge boasts stunning views across the lake which is famous for trout and coarse fishing. Watching the evening sunset from the lodge veranda while cooking a steak on the charcoal bbq provides the ultimate tranquil getaway. Located in mid Louth, 10 mins from the M1 via Dunleer, 1 hr approx to Dublin Airport ( traffic depending). 1hr 30 mins to Belfast Airport. Please note, there is no oven in the lodge, an electric hob is available. Bedrooms are located upstair, bathroom downstairs.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. In the "Hearth" of everywhere but in the middle of nowhere. Iris Cottage is just an hour from Dublin and 15 mins from kells with holistic treatments available such as reflexology, massages or even try a seaweed bath to help you unwind. If its sightseeing then we have Loughcrew Cairns and Fore abbey on our doorstep. But if its fishing your interested in then check out Lough Lene and Lough Bane, or one of the many other lakes around us.

Adorable 1 bed guesthouse with free onsite parking

Our beautiful self-catering guest house is on the grounds of our own home. Located at the foot of the historic Hill of Slane, overlooking Littlewood Forest and the rambling Boyne Valley, on 3 acres of countryside land. The bungalow is self-contained and situated in a private corner of the grounds, next to our own home. Quiet rural area suited to a couple or small family. Children are always welcome but most suited to families as a base as there are no play areas etc. for them here.

Relax at this quiet escape in the Irish countryside, staying a cozy apartment in our recently renovated schoolhouse, dating from 1939. Connected to our house yet entirely private, it has its own entrance, driveway parking, a double bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom, though no separate living room. Perfectly situated for exploring local attractions, and just 20 minutes from Dublin Airport. We recommend a car as public transportation is limited & slow, and taxis can be costly.

An Lochta

An Lochta is a converted , two story, 19th century grain store, surrounded by a mature and carefully tended garden on a small farm, set in the idyllic rustic peace and quiet of rural Co Meath. Despite our seclusion, we are just 10 minutes from the M1 motorway, 1 hour from Dublin and within easy reach of the major historical sites of Meath, Louth, Cavan and Monaghan. (Unfortunately the layout of the building renders it unsuitable for wheelchair users).

Garden studio apartment - 10 min walk into town!

Welcome guests to our lovely garden studio, a comfortable little spot to call home while you visit Mullingar! It has everything you need and is centrally located just on the outskirts, a 10 minute walk away! It is an open concept studio, there is a fully equipped kitchen, a walk in shower and bathroom, an incredibly comfy sofa bed, a dining table and tv. Access the garden studio via the gate at the side of our property.
