This house is located in North Winfield, and is just a few minute drive from the Walnut Valley Festival. It's within walking distance of Southwestern College, The Kansas Veterans Home, and Cumbernauld Village. It's a quiet and safe neighborhood with some great opportunities to see wildlife like deer and turkeys while taking short walks close by. There is a garden and a screened in porch. The screen porch has a very nice queen futon, and has a great view of the garden.

Basketball (and Pickleball) Barn

Living area consists of a 1 bedroom apartment within a basketball gym facility. Includes a kitchen with full cooking amenities, family room with TV (Netflix, YouTube TV, ESPN and local channels) and a bedroom with 2 queen beds and TV. The bathroom is separate from the apartment, but within the gym facility. Additional inflatable bed is available upon request. The gym will be available exclusively for guests throughout their stay. All parties are prohibited.

Honeysuckle cottage is NEWLY RENOVATED and located in the peaceful town of Dexter, Kansas. Our cottage is perfect for all travelers to include hunters and short term stays. 1 bed and 1 pull out sofa bed sleeping 4 total. Fully stocked kitchen with brand new appliances and everything you need for cooking during your stay. A great deck off the back with a grill, table, and chairs for a nice evening outside. We have wifi for your enjoyment during your stay.

Located in Winfield's College Hill neighborhood, the first floor apartment is walking distance to Southwestern College, Grace Methodist Church, and College Hill Coffee, and a short drive everywhere else in town. Built in 1885, this house combines antique charm with modern comforts. KING bed in the main bedroom, QUEEN bed in the second bedroom, and a rollaway cot available. New carpet and newer furnishings throughout.
