Public transport is limited so having a car is recommended, there is a bus stop 200m away. Parking is on the street unless you have a 4WD where you can park on the grass in front of the flat. We live in the rear house, family of 4 with 2 primary school aged children. The flat is a separate entrance & is fully fenced.
