Local amenities close at hand, with family friendly activities. Plenty of local restaurants or enjoy dining in. Only 6 miles from golfing at St Andrews.

Craigiehall Temple (historic property built 1759)

Make your trip to Edinburgh truly memorable with a stay at Craigiehall Temple. Built in 1759 and situated in its own grounds on a former part of the Craigiehall Estate, its Grade A listed for its stunning portico displaying the arms of the 1st Marquess of Annandale. Cabin 6 is a self‑contained cabin with stunning views, sleeping up to 4–5 people. It has a bunk room, two adjustable beds that can be twin or super‑king, plus space for a floor mattress. The centrally heated cabin includes a private wet‑room shower and an open‑plan kitchen/living area. Parking is beside the cabin, with extra spaces nearby. A private hot tub in Bissets Barn can be hired by the hour.
