Our stay lived up to high expectations. Ainslie went over and above with decorations for my boyfriend’s birthday; welcome notes; homemade cake; fizz and ice in the fridge. She was warm and welcoming, and we felt completely relaxed. So grateful for such a lovely stay in a beautiful area. We will definitely be back! Thank you Ainslie 🥰🤩🥳

We had a great stay in this beautiful house. Super easy to find an ideal location for peaceful weekend and only short drive to local attractions. Great safe enclosed garden for the dogs and lovely walks from the front door. Hot tub and sauna were a fantastic addition, loved the Aga too.

Our stay at the cottage was lovely. Ashley was quick to respond when we were having trouble with the WIFI . It was so peaceful and managed to spot a dear as we arrived. Would highly recommend. Colin, Michael &Lina.

I had a lovely weekend in Dawn and Darren’s wonderful cottage! It was clean and spacious, with great amenities . The added bonus of having a wood fire hot tub outside is fantastic! The cottage is in a lovely area for getting into nature, only a 10 minute walk to Loch Leven! Dawn was great to communicate with, very helpful and generous Will be back to visit again!

This cottage is wonderful. It's very cozy, has everything one could want including a big hot tub in a very secluded garden. We have dogs and because the garden is surrounded by stone walls and fences, it was perfect to let them wonder while we were in the hot tub. Very secluded and secure garden. The area is just idyllic. Two minutes away from Auchmittie and in the middle of beautiful countryside and so close to great beaches too. The hosts were excellent in all aspects too.

We had a wonderful stay with my family at this historic cottage. Especially loved the easy access to the Fife Coastal Path that we walked daily into Burntisland or Aberdour. Excellent hosts as well. Thank you for your hospitality, we would highly recommend this property!

We had a brilliant few days away at the cottage, the place was lovely and clean for us arriving. The courtyard is amazing, we loved listening to all of the birds whilst using the hot tub. The attic space was a perfect little reading nook! Susan was super friendly and accommodating - we’ll definitely be back!

Sandra’s cottage is lovely! It’s a confortable base for touring the gorgeous Grampians and Cairngorms, the many castles, Stirling and more. The cottage is very private and silent. It is surrounded by a sunny nice-sized private garden. It has confortable and inviting beds, a charming livingroom with a tiny fireplace (it works well). Lots of books to read (if you have the time, with so much to see! 😉). The kitchen is equipped enough for a simple meal. Thank you Sandra for hosting us!

Wonderful & peaceful location. The barn is spacious and has everything you could need. Dogs aren’t allowed on the sofa or beds, however there is nothing to prevent your dog from going upstairs to the main bedroom, which makes the no beds rule quite hard work if your dog is used to being allowed upstairs and on beds. We did manage to block the stairs off with the fire grate. The grounds are amazing around the house and Irene was very welcoming. We had a wonderful stay and found a gorgeous walk on the Falkland Palace Estate. A really lovely, as described stay.

Kim’s home is a gem in Tayport. It was perfect for our family of 6. Kim was great with communication and responsive about our needs, including accessibility concerns for my mom. I really appreciated all the homey touches and well equipped kitchen. The garden is exceptional and a wonderful spot to enjoy a tea or coffee in the morning. Hope to be back soon.

The Stables at the Wemyss ,such a lovely place to stay.If you love nature It is truly a hidden gem.The hosts and staff are so helpful and friendly.Its tucked away from busy streets and traffic.Inside ,your accommodation is warm,clean and inviting and the beds are so comfortable.We will definitely be back again.

Ellen had great communication and made sure that everything was in place for our trip as we were catering a Christmas dinner cooked by chef. The ample furniture was such a bonus and it was very comfortable. The location is stunning so much so that whilst on my stay there I decided to put in an offer on a property around the corner to live out my retirement there!!!!! As previous reviews stated, the pictures don’t do it justice. We combined working in Edinburgh and a Golf break, the location was perfect for this. Thank you for letting us stay.

We had the loveliest stay at this very cute little cottage on a farm absolutely magical! The garden was so peaceful, and to our surprise, we even spotted a deer wandering through. The grounds stretch beautifully, and there’s a serene pond that’s perfect for sitting by in the summer sun. Truly a dreamy, tranquil escape with all the big supermarkets and stores near by! 🌞💚

We (2 adults + toddler) had a lovely stay at Lilac Cottage in August '24. The place was even better than what you see in the photos - spacious and incredibly well appointed. We loved the cosy living room and the new kitchen! The location couldn't be more perfect if you are looking to stay at a peaceful, picturesque corner of the Scottish countryside. It is a quiet place but there's still plenty to do in the sorrounding areas. Diane was super responsive and friendly, always at hand for any questions and recommendations.

We loved staying at the wonderful Seascape Cottage! This cottage is an absolute gem. The location is stunning and the cottage was very comfortable, charming and had everything we could wish for. The beach is a stone throw away from the cottage, and this allows for many coastal walks, swimming and watching of the tidal movements. Crail is a beautiful village with many amenities. We particularly enjoyed meals and drinks at The Golf Hotel, where staff were friendly and the prices - very reasonable. We also visited St. Andrews, Anstruther and Pittenweem (St. Fillan's cave). We did a birds of prey experience with Steve (The Scottish Countryman), which was incredible. Thank you for our wonderful stay!

The garden flat was precisely as described by Jill and was the perfect stay for our week in the area. Not too far from Perth’s center, but in a private and peaceful location. The flat had all the amenities we needed and Jill checked in on us over messages periodically to make sure we were comfortable and good to go. We also spoke to John in passing and he was very friendly. We had a wonderful stay and would not hesitate to stay again.

Loved our stay at middle cottage. We were on a golfing trip and Gullane, North Berwick and Kilspindie were all less than 20 minutes drive. Location was superb on the edge of East Linton village. Furnishings and linens were great! We felt right at home. It is clear Jan and Bryan have gone to a lot of trouble to welcome their guests. We were very comfortable despite the disappointing weather. (Sadly too inclement to enjoy the garden). The TPE train from East Linton to Edinburgh takes only 18 or 19 minutes which is so much quicker than driving.

James’ place was absolutely perfect from start to finish. It had everything we needed and even a brand new high chair for our baby. The sea view was magical and the house was gorgeous. Everything was perfectly spotless and clean. 10/10 without a doubt.

Nicky’s place was very clean and comfortable, and in a lovely central part of Pittenweem. It was warm, the kitchen was well supplied and the views from the upstairs windows were amazing. Our kids also loved running and eating in the backyard. The main bedroom was sometimes described as a king bedroom, and sometimes as a queen, but it does in fact have a queen bedroom in case this is relevant for your sleeping configurations. Recommend

Stayed here last week,did not want to leave.The location of this flat is fantastic, you are literally on the beach. The cottage was lovely and clean and has everything you could need, even the sofa bed is comfy , which is a rare thing. It is so near all the shops and restaurants but at the same time you feel relaxed and tranquil. The air here is special and the sea is safe and clean for paddling and swimming. I thoroughly recommend this cosy wee cottage.
