Attached to my house. In an upmarket, quiet and safe residential area. 15 mins from airport / city centre and 10 mins walk to Murrayfield Stadium. Very regular buses and trams only minutes walk away. Beautiful parks nearby or walk along the Water of Leith to famous Dean Village, stunning views. Local restaurants within 10 min walk or a 5 minute tram ride to Haymarket where you'll find lots. Small supermarket (Scotmid) 7 mins away.

Nice quiet room in central flat

This is a lovely quiet, cosy wee room with a decent sized single brass bed and a nice view over the back gardens. There is a shared bathroom, which I keep as clean as can and a kitchen you are welcome to use if you want to cook or have a cup of tea. The flat is in a quiet residential stair. If you are arriving after 9.00 pm, or leaving very early in the morning, please contact me before booking.

Der 5-tägige Aufenthalt bei Fabienne und Christiano war hervorragend. Beide haben mich sehr herzlich empfangen und ich habe mich sofort wohl gefühlt. Der Austausch mit ihnen war sehr wertvoll für mich. Ihr Haus war sehr sauber und ebenfalls die Umgebung war ansprechend und ruhig. Leicht zu erreichen. Ihre Tipps waren sehr hilfreich. Ich habe den Aufenthalt bei Fabienne und Christiano sehr genossen. Sollte ich erneut nach Edinburgh kommen, so würde ich diese Unterkunft erneut wählen. Ich kann sie uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Danke an euch beide für eure Freundlichkeit. :-))

I really enjoyed meeting Mairi and staying with her family in their home. She was very friendly and helpful, even letting me borrow a flask to take my pre-made lunch out on a day trip. The location was beautiful and private yet also very close to a bus stop with several buses that went into town. I appreciated being able to use the kitchen and laundry facilities as well. This was a great place and a lovely stay.

Final really focus on details when you are her guest. Room is super clean and foundational. Bathroom supplies many quality shampoos and shower and conditioners. She doesn’t have kitchen but she offers milk small food and basic things. For me that’s enough. Because I think if you could find a place to stay in Edinburgh only walk 6mins to the bus station without climb steps and bus 15/20 mins to go to the city. And I like her bed so comfortable. All colors in the rooms make me feel peaceful. She responds so quick. I go traveling myself. So it’s perfect for me.

Wonderful stay with Andy in a beautiful part of town. Very clean and accommodating. Andy very kindly put the washer/dryer on for us while we were out. Great walks along the seaside to some very nice pubs and seafood. Close to Stockbridge and Leith too!
