Lovely house, quiet at night time. close to mcg and all other shopping and pubs.

Lovely air bnb. Justin was great with communicating and letting us extend our check out time by a couple of hours. Location was good but loud when going to sleep on weekends people walking past. Construction was happening next door which we weren’t made aware of so was loud! Workers throwing bricks and tools around.

Really enjoyed our stay – the house is beautifully styled, in a great neighborhood, and easy to find with accessible parking. It’s a cozy, welcoming space that’s clearly well looked after. Just a heads up: the 2 bedrooms in the main house don’t have AC, so if you're sensitive to temperature, it might be worth considering the season before booking - there is AC in the main living area, but it's at the other end of the house. It was unseasonably warm in Melbourne during our stay, but we got through it alright. Kali was a fantastic host – super responsive and friendly, and since she lives next door, she was always around if we needed anything. Would happily stay again!

We had a great time at Eva’s and enjoyed sitting by the fire place and relaxing. It was very close to the tram line which made a trip into the city very easy and fun for the kids. The house was very clean and had all that we needed for our stay.

House is located in a quiet neighbourhood. Excellent communication with the host. My child left behind a motion sensor light under the pillow and we managed to retrieve it by texting host on communication channel. He even went to meet us to pass it back to us several days later.Thank you so much! ◡̈

We really enjoyed staying at Mrs Stanley. The house was coay and private, and was i an amazing location for first-time visitors to Melbourne - super well located to a supermarket, restaurants and a train station. Kim was a wonderful host and she provided all the information we needed for a trouble-free and very comfortable stay.

What a peaceful and beautiful stay! We felt right at home at the George and enjoyed the peaceful surroundings and birds singing in the garden. The house is very tastefully decorated and had everything we needed. Sandringham is a lovely neighbourhood with a nice beach and just a 30 min train ride into the city. Shari was very kind and helpful.

The location of this place was absolutely perfect for us. 1.5kms from the MCG for footy on Saturday, dog park, play ground, restaurants and cafes all at your door step. We didn’t need to use the car once. Even though it is central the street was quiet on the weekend. Train station right next door to head into the city. Perfect backyard for our dog with undercover area. Main bedroom big enough for the portacot at the base of the bed. The little welcome goodies were very nice as well. Will be staying again - thank you!

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was perfect—close to everything in the city, but still quiet enough to relax. Andrew was the perfect host - he was super helpful, responsive and offered to stay up late in case I had issues getting in, given my late arrival time. Communication was great and very open to helping where possible. The apartment itself was lovely and views were fantastic being on the top floor. You could still hear a lot of the traffic and trams however so perhaps bring ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper but otherwise not a big deal, just one of the things about being in an urban area. I was there for work so was a very quick stay but it was a close walk for where I needed to be which was great, thanks for having me Andrew and being a fantastic host!

Overall a nice place to stay. Peter was super responsive and he replace the shampoo immediately when I told him it ran out.

Great hosts who were super responsive and obviously care about their place and their customers. A fabulous location 5 min walk to the CBD, all the theatres and botanical gardens, trams etc. Didn't need a car, a well set up kitchen and nearby IGA, super comfy bed and lots of lovely plants so it felt less like a motel. The pool sauna and gym were all fab too. A super generous supply of towels ( including for the pool), toilet paper, paper towels detergent etc so it was easy to move in and relax. Great kitchen to cook in small but withe everything you could need. This will now be our Melb base whenever we are in town.

I had a wonderful stay! The apartment was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable, even better than the photos. It’s in a fantastic location, just a short walk to the tram line and has a couple of lovely cafés right downstairs. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout my stay. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Absolutely blown away! Nicole’s place in East Melbourne is everything you need and more. We were just blown away. The view is BREATHTAKING! No matter where you are in the apartment, your photos will look stunning. The place is stocked with everything you could possibly need. She’s thought of everything - from decorations and a gift to make us feel welcome, to little things that are often missing from airbnbs like a stocked ice tray, blow dryer, salt and pepper haha. The apartment is directly outside a train line, 5 mins into the city, or you can go 5 mins in the other direction and you’re in the heart of Richmond. It’s walking distance to shops, restaurants and nature. Not to mention it’s clean and the beds are comfortable. It was everything we’d wanted and so much more. We can’t wait to come back!

Before I start, I'll tell you the end; you should stay here if you ever get the chance! From the first moment I contacted Helen with an enquiry, to their final goodbye message, they were the best hosts I've ever experienced. They were super friendly, responded ridiculously quick, gave great recommendations and truly felt they loved you staying at their place. And Amy, who let us in, was just as brilliant and welcoming! As for the unit, it was super-clean, had an awesome view, was quiet and secure and was the type of place you wish you could style your own like. The kitchen fit-out was top notch and the pantry was full of great staples if you ever wanted to cook. However, why would you cook at this end of the cbd with restaurants, bars, cafes and laneway hideouts galore? I love staying at their Spring St end of town and this place just made it even better.

Great little spot to stay with our pooch. Cafes and restaurants all within walking distance. Parking on street was super easy. Bed and couch - very comfortable! Would happily stay here again!

Siobhan’s place is a fantastic place to stay while visiting Melbourne! We stayed with our young kids and absolutely loved it! Location is perfect, so many restaurants walking distance. Outdoor area at the Airbnb is great, very clean and wonderful host, thanks Siobhan!

Had a lovely stay at this beautiful place. Very comfy, and host very responsive, close walking distance to supermarket, local parks and Epworth hospital. Felt right at home and was able to have our dogs there as well. Highly recommended and would stay again if we were in the area.

Jason and his wife were so friendly and accommodating. We were travelling with our 10 month old baby and they were incredibly thoughtful, giving us two high chair options and an early check in. The place was clean, warm (good in the chilly Melbourne weather we had!) and the location couldn’t have been better. A short walk to everything we needed and more. Would absolutely stay again.
