The home includes a fenced-in yard with a garden and free parking, as well as a sun and barbecue area. Our comfortable apartment is set in a quiet location just 50 meters from the sea. The house was renovated in 2024 and has an air conditioner. From the ground floor, there is an internal staircase leading to the first and second floors, where the bedrooms are located. There are two more apt. in the same house, you can see it in my other listing "Sea view apt. on island Cres" ( 1st. and 2nd floor). From the house you have beautiful sea view.
