The property covers 35m2 and can accommodate the following number of people: 2+1. In the apartment there is one bedroom, one living room where one person can sleep on sofa, kitchen, bathroom with shower and a large terrace with private part of the garden equiped with grill and garden furniture. Kitchen is equiped with table and chairs for every person; kitchen utensils, pots, cutlery, dish clothes, electric cooker, refrigerator with a freezer compartment, coffee machine. Detached house, air conditioning, air conditioning included in the price, Sat-TV, bed linen is delivered in the weekly change, towels provided (2 small towels per person per week), internet (WLAN), use free of charge, prices include the following: change of bedlinen (weekly), final clean at the end of your stay, usage of electricity, water, tax and parking. The property is located right on the coast in the beautiful turquoise and dynamic bay of Kosirina. It provides privacy, surrounded by greenery and flowers in the shade of a centuries-old olive tree. It consists of a living room, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. There are two French beds in the room (gallery). The living room is glazed with mobile walls and overlooks the sea and the entire bay. Located in the picturesque town of Rovinj, Studio is set 5 km from the Nature Park Zlatni Rt and 5 km from City Center. It offers rustic-style rooms with a flat-screen TV, air conditioning and free Wi-Fi. The Studio has spacious bathroom, kitchen, decorated with wooden beams and stone wall elements and comes with a big terrace. Hiking and cycling trails can be found all around the Studio.A pebbly beach can be found 900 m away. A grocery store can be found 700 m away. Parking is provided.

You are entering at the private land without other people. I tried minimal harm the environment by locating your bungalow inside it, that even uses solar energy. Bring your sports shoes because the road is very steep, up to 25%. Your hill has lots of goat's paths and beautiful panoramic views, where you can spend the whole day.

Our open terrace is also nearby and we can prepare traditional dishes with unique experience, or guests can spend free time there. During winter period we have special offer with great price which can be agreed and optional organized activities (fishing trips, olive garden, excursions,...).

Naša kamena kuća s bazenom se nalazi na prekrasnom, zelenom otoku Braču, u blizini etno-eco sela Dol. Okružena je stablima maslina, mirno je, puno prostora za djecu, kao i kućne ljubimce. U selu Dol, koje je udaljeno 10 min.hoda, nalaze se i dva restorana. Udaljeno 3 km se nalazi mjesto Postira, sa više prodavaonica, hotela, restorana, plaža, rekreacija za djecu. Gosti mogu uživati u šetnjema prirodom, grilanju, druženju.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. The holiday home is located in Pješčana Uvala near the Soline Forest, 4 km from the ancient city of Pula. Near the house are two beaches: Pješčana Uvala and/or Uvala Soline, both about 700 m away, approx. 10 minutes' walk. There are more than 20 beaches within 5 km. Cape Kamenjak near the village of Prementura is a must-see.

This place is a fantastic garden home, The wonderful neighbourhood and very quiet. 3 large bedrooms, 1 bathroom , large private terrace covered with a grape vine canopy and views of the Adriatic Sea and Old Town. Great for friends/families travelling together. Sleeps up to 6. Not suitable for limited mobility because of climbing stairs.
