The property is located right on the coast in the beautiful turquoise and dynamic bay of Kosirina. It provides privacy, surrounded by greenery and flowers in the shade of a centuries-old olive tree. It consists of a living room, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. There are two French beds in the room (gallery). The living room is glazed with mobile walls and overlooks the sea and the entire bay. Located in the picturesque town of Rovinj, Studio is set 5 km from the Nature Park Zlatni Rt and 5 km from City Center. It offers rustic-style rooms with a flat-screen TV, air conditioning and free Wi-Fi. The Studio has spacious bathroom, kitchen, decorated with wooden beams and stone wall elements and comes with a big terrace. Hiking and cycling trails can be found all around the Studio.A pebbly beach can be found 900 m away. A grocery store can be found 700 m away. Parking is provided.

You can bring your own towels and bed linens, or you can rent them from us: 8 euros per person per stay for towels and 8 euros per person for bed linens per stay. If you want a change of towels or bed linens, you can let us know and we will do it again for 8 euros. There is a tourist tax to pay on arrival: €1.6 per guest per night. Children 12-17 years old pay 50%. Children 0-11 years old do not have to pay. Please note that check in is 16-20h (we cannot guarantee check in after 20h).

Very cosy and functional studio, 1/2 indoor and 1/2 outdoor with beautiful seasight. Designed by the owner (architect) in minimal style but respecting local traditions. Excellent for relax, meditation or yoga sessions. Particularly suitable as artist or writers retreat, especially in the offseason. The minimal style inside and the marvellous open view outside would facilitate to focus on your objectives (to contact the host for offseason terms, weekly and monthly pricing)

Apartment is part of Agrotourism Mornarevi Mlini. There is our eco-garden by the house where you can pick fresh fruits and vegetables. Our open terrace is also nearby and we can prepare traditional dishes with unique experience, or guests can spend free time there. During winter period we have special offer with great price which can be agreed and optional organized activities (fishing trips, olive garden, excursions,...).

Mobile homes situated in the center of Pakostane right on to the main sandy beach with the direct view on the sea. Holiday home 1 has two bedrooms, dinning area, kitchen, toilete and big terrace. Also parking place is provided for guests. Holiday Home 1 and Holiday Home 2 have same interior and same terrasse that's why we used same photos in both ads.
