Casetta Giardino - Little Oasis by The Sea

Casetta Giardino is a small stone guest house situated in the beautiful Mediterranean garden in a harbor of Nerezine, Lošinj island. Just few steps from the sea and beach, but hidden in the garden for full privacy, this cottage has so much outside area to enjoy: a very large garden and two terraces! Our cozy cottage is a 5-minute drive from Vis town. It is at our ecological vineyard "Fields of Grace Vineyards". It offers nature and peace. There is a large terrace, with a gorgeous sit-in pool overlooking the vine valley and gardens. Our four cats love the cottage! Our entire estate (including air conditioning) runs on solar power. We maintain an ecologically balanced environment. As such, our vineyard is also home to lovely small wildlife, such as hedgehogs, rabbits and pheasants.

Ljubica Cottage

Our wooden cottage is located in the village Mahićno near the town of Karlovac. The place is very quiet and peaceful. The cottage is by the woods where you can take a walk and see a lot of harmless animals. In just a few minutes’ walk through the woods and the meadow you can reach the river Kupa. You can also reach the river Dobra in ca. 20 min by foot and see where Dobra joins the Kupa. Both rivers are very clean and are great refreshment in hot summer days.

Thinkers House Korcula

In 2017 my family acquired a beautiful plot of land on the island of Korcula. The original stone house was adapted into a vacation home with two bedrooms and a maximum capacity for 6 people. Thinkers house features gorgeous views, inconceivable tranquility and a direct access to the sea. The architect's aim was to cautiously modernize the outlook, yet keep the vintage charm alive. We're proud and excited to introduce the Thinkers House to the public in 2022!

Cozy Holiday House

A great summer house on perfect location, 10 km away from Dubrovnik connected by public transport, short Uber ride etc. Located in peaceful and beautiful Zaton Bay, green oasis with lovely beaches and clean water. House is very close to the beach (1 minute down the street) and 2 mins away from village centre. Surrounded and isolated with private garden with spacious terrace and eating area. Airport transfers can be arranged upon request.

My private beach house

Set in very private grounds in the heart of the olive grove. Suitable for family vacations away from traffic, crowd, noise..yet only 7 km from the center of Šibenik. Guests can enjoy private beach in front of the house. On the dock, there is a boat mooring and a mooring buoy for guests arriving by boat. Canoe and kayaks are free for our guests.

Peacefull family cottage

Ideal family house in the nature for recharging your batteries, there are numerous vine roads, walking and biking tracks, and for those more adventures a horseback riding club and motocross track. House is a 30 minute ride from Zagreb and a 5 minute ride from Jastrebarsko if you wish to go to town.
