Shane and Yanga are such great hosts and their place felt like luxury in the bush ! From being afforded with the perks of views and casually seeing the animals from most corners of the house, to the functional space and to the beautiful interior truly makes this place a gem, and the motive to even visit Marloth Park, my partner and I were truly grateful that we got to experience 2 in 1 , both Casa Khaya itself and Marloth Park My review goes without saying, I loved the house and would highly recommend it !

Our 4-night stay at Flight of the Eagle, Marloth Park, was extraordinary. Thanks to Elize and Johan's outstanding hospitality, our impromptu getaway became remarkable. Exceptional communication from booking to insightful tips distinguished them from previous attempts. As first Airbnb guests, Elize's hosting expertise on lekkeslaap and booking dot com reassured us. Prompt, clear communication on house logistics, including alarm and electricity, eased concerns about South Africa's load shedding. Solar power was a significant bonus. Detailed instructions and thoughtful amenities enhanced our stay. The inviting pool and wildlife encounters, including Kudu, zebra, and bush babies at our doorsteps, captivated our family. The house's strategic location for walks along the riverbank and a short 20 minutes drive to Kruger National Park entrance added to the charm. Flight of the Eagle exceeded expectations. Wil be back.

We had an absolutely unforgettable 3-night stay at the Cocoa Tree in Marloth Park! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the beauty and tranquillity of this stunning retreat. The rooms were immaculate, stylish, and incredibly comfortable, and the outside shower was such a refreshing and luxurious touch, we absolutely loved it! The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we could possibly need, making our stay effortless and enjoyable. But the true highlight was the daily parade of wildlife, cheeky warthogs, graceful kudus, curious zebras, wildebeest, and even the occasional shy duiker, all visiting right at our doorstep. It felt like living inside a nature documentary! If you're in need of pure rest and relaxation, I can’t recommend this place enough. Eileen was a phenomenal host, welcoming, thoughtful, and always ready to help while giving us plenty of space to enjoy the experience. Thank you, Eileen, for a magical stay - we can't wait to return!

Wir als Familie, haben den Aufenthalt in dieser wunderschönen Lodge wirklich sehr genossen. Die Kinder haben es geliebt die Tiere wie z.b Giraffe oder Zebras vom Pool aus zu beobachten ☺️ Das Haus ist wunderschön und sehr modern eingerichtet. Die Outdoordusch war natürlich ein richtiger Pluspunkt für uns und eine tolle Überraschung 😍 Wir würden immer wieder gerne wieder kommen und können diese Unterkunft nur Wärmsteins empfehlen wenn man vor hat in den Krügerpark zu fahren. Zum Gate Crokodile Bridge sind es nur 15 min Autofahrt :)

We loved staying at Chandre’s place. It has everything we needed to feel at home. She was very clear with instructions on check in & that made check in & check out go smoothly! We loved the fact that the braai area is closed off with a small fence. So the animals can still be seen & you can feed them but they don’t come too close to the house. Especially with the children. They loved it. Would definitely recommend her place & will definitely book there again when we’re in the area.

We had multiple groups in the park at the same time we all agreed ours was the best layout and location for animal viewings ! Suggested items to take was a portable speaker and binoculars!

The place was exactly as advertised, if not better! The experience was truly magnificent. It was quiet, remote, and peaceful—perfect for a getaway. I especially loved how the animals frequently came right up to the doorstep, adding a magical touch to the stay. Excellent all around!

Atemberaubendes Haus und Umgebung direkt mitten bei den Tieren des Marloth Park und angrenzend an den Krüger Park. Direkt am Fluss gelegen. Super liebes Team, dass sich jeden Tag um die Sauberkeit des Hauses gekümmert hat! Unglaublich toller Service!!! Jederzeit würde ich dieses Haus wieder buchen!!!!

Great place to stay. Susan was easy to communicate with and helped us on on directions for when we left to not run into trouble. House was exactly what we needed and exactly as described. Would love to come back for a longer stay

Relaxing accommodation in a beautiful environment

Great place very clean and stylish fully equipped with everything that you may need during your stay. We ware a group of nine including 3 small children that ware amazed with the proximity with the animals that usually feed right in front of the house. The host is very nice and easy to communicate with. I will definitely go back with the family again. Thank you.
