Ivybank is a very attractive "B" listed house - full of original features and charm, ideally situated within walking distance of Inverness city centre, the castle, river, restaurants, shops and theatre. With its oak panelling, beamed hall, gothic carvings, magnificent mahogany staircase and its original fireplaces on the ground floor, it is truly unique! The house is offered as a whole, on a self catering basis, for short holiday breaks, to groups of up to 7 max. A true Scottish family home.

A cute and cosy modernised cottage with hot tub surrounded by fields and with a beautiful river at the bottom of the garden. The house is well situated and has a spacious patio and lawn, enclosed garden with access to walks up the river and other beautiful local areas. A good base to strike out for West Coast and Highlands. We recently added a twin room in addition to our double en-suite and king bedrooms. There are plenty of opportunities for walking and cycling with fantastic views over Loch Ness. The property has its own private patio and hot tub.

Chanonry Point, the best place for dolphin watching in Britain, is only a 20 min walk. Close to the popular NC500 route, it is ideal for a romantic break for two. The wood burning stove will keep you cosy on colder nights. There is so much to explore in the area, two nights may not be enough!

Bright, enclosed, private studio apartment close to the beach and all the amenities that the village of Rosemarkie has to offer, such as golf, stunning walks and a beach suitable for swimming, paddle boarding etc. Located in the grounds of Crofters Restaurant and within easy walking distance of convenience store, shops and a museum.

Cute tiny shepherd's hut near to the village

Our quirky, cute shepherd's hut sits in a semi-wild orchard next to our house, and near to an historic mill. It is ideal for one or two people and comes equipped with a comfortable double bed, a folding table, a small kitchen area with a microwave, kettle and toaster and a tiny private bathroom, with a hot shower. Outside, the decking provides a space to relax. The BBQ provides an option for dinner. Drinking water is from a tap on the side of the hut.

Hot tub, fire pit/BBQ, table tennis are just a few of the facilities you will be able to enjoy when you tire of exploring the mysterious expanse of the main Loch.
