The 253 sq ft guest house has a desk/chair, TV, queen sofa bed w/ 2 ottomans, twin bed, bathroom, kitchenette & closet. At the end of the driveway, parking is directly outside the door of The Marion - to the right side of the red bud tree. The Marion will be directly to your left. Additional outside areas include the round paver patio & the oak tree covered front yard is a shared space with The Grand Marion.

I had a wonderful stay at this property. The host was incredibly sweet and accommodating, making the entire experience feel warm and welcoming. Dave’s place was clean, adorable, peaceful and quiet. We loved our stay here! It has a flight of stairs so if you have mobility issues, it wouldn’t be a good choice. We didn’t use the kitchenette but it was clean and nicely stocked. The bathroom shower was lovely and was well stocked with towels, etc. The bed was comfy with the softest, warmest bedding. We’d go back in a heartbeat! The setting is surrounded by trees and the lake. It’s a great get-away, and so peaceful. Loved it!

Perfect for an overnight stay. Quiet, neat and well-laid out. Son's allergies flared but hard to know if that was due to the space. Lots of tissues were provided though, one of many thoughtful touches throughout!
