The lake has a shallow bottom ideal for kids to play nearshore. The home is pet friendly (inquire). Winter sports fans the Merrifield to Crosslake snowmobile trail is accessible from the property. Walk down the trail to the lake and fish off the dock or explore the lake by canoe or two kayaks, which are available for guests use. 1.5 miles to Trout Lake boat launch to access the beautiful Whitefish Chain. Enjoy ATV trails, many places to eat, golf, beaches, access to excellent ice fishing on our lake, snowmobiling, cross country skiing & many other fun activities that the town of Crosslake has to offer.

There is a public access landing on the lake and hiking trails nearby. Lake-side there is a firepit, grill, and picnic table for barbecues and camp fires.
