In general, good and nice, Gabriel is always very attentive. Only in the shower upstairs the water wouldn't drain, there were some cobwebs and the hot water came and went. Other than that, everything was excellent 🤩

“An excellent experience in Puebla” We stayed in a very nice house that complies with everything published. It was spotlessly clean, in a safe area and with parking, which was very convenient. Nallely attended us wonderfully, always attentive to our needs and with very clear instructions. The beds and pillows were very clean and comfortable. Each room has its own bathroom, which is perfect for staying as a family. I definitely give this house a 10 out of 10. It is and will be my favorite place to stay every time I visit Puebla.

Excellent place to spend a day or two, the place is just as it looks in the photos, even in the photos they don't show a small patio in the back. There was hot water, which helps a lot when it's cold. They leave you enough blankets to sleep at ease. Gustavo was super friendly and even had a lot of flexibility for check-in times as well as checkout. Everything is perfect. I highly recommend staying in this place. 10 out of 10.

The house is in a quiet and safe residential community. It is spacious and comfortable and has almost everything that is advertised. What it doesn't have is shampoo and body soap. It didn't bother us because we always bring our own things, but I think it should be in accordance with the listing. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. One detail is that the house only has 1 fan, as in the description. With the heat, it would be advisable to get another fan for the second room because it is impossible to share just 1. We let the host know, but she didn't have time to get an extra one. Hopefully she'll take it into account for the future. The house has very good water pressure. We had a little trouble getting there, because the house is really inside the Canto Galicia subdivision, and the street is called Oropeza, which is not clear in the description of the arrival, but Adriana responded immediately. She's a friendly host and tries to solve problems.

Dafne was always pending , and there was excellent communication, the dpto is in safe fractionation, it's ground floor , which is fabulous for us that we have children , there were also toys on the dpto and my happy children, they have parking drawer, the price is great, I had all the amenities , I recommend it and I would definitely come back

The 2 bedroom is great for longer stay. The apartment is very clean and they provided cleaning services every 2 weeks when you stay longer.

Víctor is an extraordinary person, attentive and responsive. The place is quiet, comfortable, and has all the basics. There’s lots of pharmacies, grocery stores, banks, laundry, doctors, dentist, all at walking distance, while is a bit far from the city, you have most of the regular covered close by. Totally recommended.
