A estadia foi maravilhosa! O atendimento foi incrível desde o início, sempre com respostas rápidas, completas e que nos ajudaram. O apartamento é confortável, tem ar condicionado no quarto, fica próximo de cafés, restaurantes, praças bastante conhecidas, centrinho de Havana. E o ponto alto foi a Leysa, que ajudou em absolutamente TUDO que precisamos e de uma maneira super gentil. Como era nossa primeira vez em Cuba, não conhecíamos algumas dinâmicas do local, como alguns locais para compras, troca de dinheiro etc. Recomendo demais esse apartamento!

My family and I had the most wonderful stay in Villa Vera. We all believed it had to be the greatest Airbnb in the city. We were given a Cuban phone which was extremely useful. Yenier's staff always responded to us right away and they gave us so many great recommendations. We did a full day beach excursion and were taken to the most gorgeous spot. The phone was also very helpful to arrange for taxis to take us where we needed to go, often at the last minute. We also made the very smart choice to have a dinner cooked by the private chef on our first night. What an absolute treat it was, the food was incredible, probably the best meal we had in Havana. Having dinner in the house is a must. The staff was extremely kind and attentive. Having wifi in the house was excellent as it can be difficult to come by internet in Havana. Overall our stay was close to flawless, and I would definitely stay in Villa Vera again.

Marcia is an amazing host, extremely friendly and responsive. The apartment amenities and decoration are top-notch, and you will find that it is better than described in the ad. It is located in the heart of Vedado.

Want to thank the hosts and staffs Tami, Tay, Maria and Betico for all the help and making us feel so comfortable and welcoming. Tay for helping with money exchange, WiFi, recommendations for places to eat, places to visit and all the informations. Most importantly taxi to and from airport. Maria for shopping and making us breakfast days we needed and asked for. Betico for bringing our heavy luggages up to our apt at arrival and down when we left. Thank you also to the staffs family Sonia, Junior and Magdolis, feasting, eating, drinking and dancing with us one night as we hosted lunch/dinner and them cleaning up the house after. It was so great meeting you all, getting to know you and feel like La Familia during our stay. Everyone in the neighborhood we’ve met, talk to too, we hope you use and enjoy the gifts, meals, spices, medicines and more. We are so thankful to you all and we know how thankful you all are too for the support. Thank you all! And yes, You’re welcome too!

Excelente experiencia en Santa Marta, con Kiomy que fue una espectacular anfitriona. Siempre atenta a cualquier requerimiento. Además de el check out flexible. Volveríamos de todas maneras. Muchas gracias por todo!

Sra Dainery muy servicial, amable, lo hace sentir a uno como en casa, un lugar muy acogedor, limpio, nos explicó todo los lugares para que nuestras vacaciones fueran inolvidables🫶🏻 recomiendo 💯 muy buena ubicación, cerca a la playa, restaurantes y lugares para visitar.

I stayed for a few days with my family at this house in Santa Fe, Cuba, and the experience was excellent. The entire staff was incredibly attentive, kind, and always willing to help. They truly made us feel at home. Without a doubt, it’s a place I would highly recommend and gladly return to.

Carlos ist einfach zu nett und kümmert sich so dermaßen um seine Gäste!!!! Unfassbar! Vertraut ihm! Er will euch helfen und gibt super Tipps. Für jedes Problem hat er eine Lösung! Das ganze dann auch noch so nett und freundlich! Das hat unserem Start in den Urlaub so viel einfacher gemacht. Ohne ihm wäre alles so viel komplizierter geworden. Davon abgesehen ist das Haus so super schön und liebevoll eingerichtet, dass man sich in Havanna hineingezogen fühlt. Wir wünschen ihm nur das Beste und unendlich viele Gäste, die ihm Freude bereiten. Lasst euch auf das Abenteuer Kuba ein, verzeiht dem Land die Unannehmlichkeiten und genießt die schönen Seiten! Und ein guter Ausgangspunkt ist diese Unterkunft!!!

Séjour parfait chez Mileydis, avec son mari ils sont venus nous chercher à l’arrêt de bus, elle nous a donné toutes les infos nécessaires, toujours disponible et à l’écoute, super gentille et le logement était nickel. Je recommande ++ ainsi que les conseils et excursions proposées. Tout était nickel 😊

Le logement d'Ivis à Havana Central est idéalement situé, permettant un accès facile à pied à de nombreux sites stratégiques de la ville. Spacieux et étonnamment calme pour un appartement en plein centre, il offre un confort appréciable. Ivis et sa famille sont des hôtes chaleureux et attentionnés. L’un des atouts majeurs de ce logement est sa grande terrasse, agrémentée d’une petite piscine, un véritable plaisir au cœur de La Havane. Nous le recommandons sans hésitation.

Our stay was amazing. Everyone went above and beyond for our family and were quick to respond to every message and request whether on line or in person. Everything and everyone were so great and helpful. We all loved the breakfast offered in the house. Odess helped coordinate a day trip to Varadero for us and taxis whenever we needed. The girls who work in the house are equally as incredible. We had the most perfect time and will definitely be returning soon.

I had an amazing experience staying at the Colonial House Rooftop! Dayron is an outstanding host—friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with anything I needed. It’s clear why he’s a Superhost! The house itself is beautiful—full of charm and character, with a rooftop that offers stunning views and the perfect spot to relax after a day of exploring. Everything was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location is also ideal—close to everything, yet peaceful enough to truly unwind. Dayron went above and beyond to make my stay special, from smooth check-in to great local recommendations. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an authentic and memorable stay. I’ll definitely be back!

This was my first trip to Cuba, and this space did not disappoint. Upon check in, Greta welcomed us into the space, gave us a tour, and recommendations for local cuisine in the area. The airbnb is located in Centro Habana, a non touristy part of town. Although we always felt safe, we did get some stares from locals who recognized that we weren’t from there. The sitting area was rather warm during the day, as there is no air conditioning in the common areas. The bedrooms do have air conditioning and were always cool. Greta gave us a cellular device to use as a hotspot during our stay, it definitely came in handy. We were able to use La Nave (equivalent to uber) to get around. Overall, I would definitely stay here again!

Great stay. Everything as advertised. No elevator so understand that you're climbing 5 flights if stairs. Being that Great. Beer bar down stairs. The guy that works there will help you with your bags. Tossed him$5. He also went and got water for me. So if you need something from the store, he'll take you or go get it for you. The view is great and the hot tub is nice on a Havana night.

Inmejorable estancia. Ha sido un verdadero placer estar alojado aquí. No solo por el apartamento y su ubicación excepcional, sino también por la atención recibida por parte de Tania y Giuseppe. El alojamiento tiene todas las comodidades que describe, wifi estable, agua calentie, aire acondicionado y una bonita terraza. Giuseppe no solo me atendió amablemente y me dio buenas recomendaciones del barrio, sino que se tomo tiempo para enseñarme la ciudad como un guía local. Ha sido, sin duda, una de las mejores experiencias en Airbnb.

We enjoyed staying here. It's in a great location in Havana Vieja. The host was very responsive and friendly. There is a great view from the balcony. The only thing to consider is the place is a walk-up several floors. If you have mobility issues, it might not be the place for you. if you don't mind some steps, you'll have a great stay.

Idenis's house is simply perfect! Spacious, with 3 suites, high ceilings, cool, and air conditioning in all rooms. It's pure comfort. The neighbors are friendly and nice. The place is quiet and close to everything. Patrícia, the apartment's co-host, is wonderful! She served us a great breakfast every day and also chatted with me and my friends for hours, always friendly and welcoming. Everything was perfect! I recommend it to everyone and one day I want to go back!

Reina, prima de Ernesto, foi quem nos recepcionou e nos acolheu durante nossa estadia. Sempre com muita boa vontade e carinho. Nos orientou sobre locais e cuidados a tomar, como deve ser em qualquer cidade grande e desconhecida com suas peculiaridades. A senhora Yamilka foi a pessoa que preparou com carinho o nosso café da manhã durante nossa estadia, muito delicioso. Todos, sem exceção, foram muito atenciosos e simpáticos. Local acolhedor e com um visual (vista) lindíssima do Malecon e Praça da Revolução. Pra quem gosta de caminhar está bem localizado entre os pontos turísticos famosos de Havana. Recomendo.

Personne très gentille, serviable et il m'a même attendu à mon arrivée à l'arrêt de bus. Lors des coupures de courant, il avait prévu une lampe qui m'a bien servie. Le logement correspondait à l'annonce.
