Very nice and clean accommodation, they accept animals and is to be appreciated. Good location to visit Gijon, aviles, covadonga, oviedo etc The house has all the commissions, for putting a but there is a rooster in the village that wakes you up at 5.30 but it is not the fault of the accommodation. We would repeat without any hesitation

A very quiet, idyllic place, easy to get to. The house is very comfortable and has a small garden. Everything is extremely clean. Highly recommended. Communication with María Jesús is fast, easy and simple.

I highly recommend this place if you're looking for a peaceful rural setting just 15 minutes from the city. The house was spotless, well-maintained, and fully equipped, it truly felt like home. Alejandra is an outstanding host: warm, friendly, and incredibly helpful. We would absolutely consider returning.

We can't rate this house or its host highly enough, it's absolutely stunning. Roberto is well worthy of his superhost status, he and Elana responded to our difficulties and quickly resolved the issues. The views of the surrounding countryside really are breathtaking and the culture of the local people is infectious, from drinking Asturian cider, to enjoying the local dishes, it's all done in a welcoming manner. Roberto and Elana, thank you, we will return.

We couldn't have been more comfortable, the accommodation met all our needs and those of our dog. Faustino is very kind and attentive. The cottage is in a very quiet village and a lot of tourism and activities half an hour's drive away (if you want to leave the house, because you don't even want to leave the pool and garden).

The house is a pass, it is very bright and if the weather accompanies you, it is a joy. you are 15minutes by taxi from the center of Gijón. we will repeat without a doubt

We had a great time, if we lacked something, the location was very good near Oviedo and Gijón and with good plans nearby to visit related to the area and mining. The very nice and quiet estate allows you to enjoy nature and isolate you from the world , so it is also a good plan. I recommend going during the day at least the first time. For us it was a nice experience and to repeat it without a doubt. Thanks for everything.

Carlos is an exceptional person, very good communication with him and he made sure everything was to our liking. He welcomed us with a bottle of cider and some casavielles. The apartment as shown in the photos was impeccable. We travel a lot and stay in many apartments and it is the first time we have found a clean apartment, a clean kitchen, an impeccable bathroom and many details, it is truly appreciated. The apartment is located in a quiet residential area and we were able to rest. You have everything around you: Alimerka, Carrefour Express, pharmacy. It also allows you to be with your dog and comes with a parking space.

Beautiful apartment, located in a very quiet area from which you can walk in 5 minutes to the bars and restaurants in the area. The piso is just like the photos. It has a garage space, although there is plenty of parking outside. Very clear instructions and all facilities. There is a dossier with plans and recommendations for the area on the floor. Very close to Avilés and Cudillero. When we come back in the area we will definitely be back.

A super close and very nice beach, a super comfortable garden, the apartment itself with everything we needed and more, and super clean! It's a 10 out of 10, you couldn't ask for more. The arrival was really good, we were really well received as soon as we arrived with recommendations etc. and the same when we left, really good service. The location is just perfect, exactly what we needed. Lots of peace, lots of nature, and we're sure we'll be back. We had a wonderful stay at Pilar’s charming little house on the hill. The view is absolutely stunning, and the house is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We especially enjoyed cooking at home and having dinner on the terrace while watching the sunset — a truly peaceful experience. We traveled with three adults and two toddlers, and Pilar kindly arranged two travel cots for our twins. They fit perfectly next to the bed in the master bedroom, which made things so easy for us. From the house, you can see Playa de la Ñora, and it's just a few minutes’ drive downhill. You can also walk to the beach if you prefer a bit of a stroll. Pilar is a very kind and thoughtful host, and communication was smooth and pleasant. When we are in Asturias again, we would love to stay here once more.

Magical location. Beautiful home. We really enjoyed our stay and appreciated the little things that Ruben had prepared ie Lovely wash products, coffee pods, washing detergent, even a small olive oil to cook with. Can only highly recommend. Maybe the nicest rental I've used!

We loved the Shelter. Silvia was a sweetheart, super attentive to everything and very nice. Everything was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. There are a lot of kitchen utensils, a washing machine, and an iron. If you like tranquility and you come with a dog, you will love the place. The location is 10 minutes from Villaviciosa where there are bars, a supermarket, a pharmacy and everything you need. 100% recommended. Thank you very much for everything 😊
