Very nice and clean accommodation, they accept animals and is to be appreciated. Good location to visit Gijon, aviles, covadonga, oviedo etc The house has all the commissions, for putting a but there is a rooster in the village that wakes you up at 5.30 but it is not the fault of the accommodation. We would repeat without any hesitation

Marcos is a very good host. We arrived late at the accommodation but he waited for us until we arrived and explained everything kindly and even helped us find some dinner. The house is as it comes in the photos. It is a place outside of Gijón but very quiet and intimate. The house was clean, the bed comfortable, all the necessary utensils and more in the kitchen. The place was spotless. It has everything you need (kitchen supplies, kitchenware). The stay is very comfortable and relaxing. Its location is perfect if what you are looking for is tranquility and a few kilometers away there are already super and restaurants. Highly recommended to stay in this place if you are looking to get to know the area

This was an amazing Airbnb experience. From the moment we found the property to meeting Alejandra, we felt right at home. It’s a beautiful, historic home. Close enough to Oviedo for convenience, but far away to feel like we could explore the region. The property has plenty of space, and is maintained perfectly. Alejandra greeted us with the local Sidria, and was very helpful in getting us acquainted with the house and surroundings. Our family of five had plenty of room to roam and enjoyed the easy access to many places in Asturias. The house was wonderful to come back to every evening. There was even a really sweet horse we named Campanita….when you meet her, you will know why. We would come back here again MANY times. Unforgettable experience!

We spent some nice days in Laura's house. The house is situated in a quiet, rural environment. It's all as described. Gijon, beaches and attractions are easily accessible by car. We were able to park our car right next to the house. Laura was always available, very attentive (e.g. had already turned on the heating for our arrival), friendly and helpful. Thanks a lot! We couldn't have been more comfortable, the accommodation met all our needs and those of our dog. Faustino is very kind and attentive. The cottage is in a very quiet village and a lot of tourism and activities half an hour's drive away (if you want to leave the house, because you don't even want to leave the pool and garden).

The house is a pass, it is very bright and if the weather accompanies you, it is a joy. you are 15minutes by taxi from the center of Gijón. we will repeat without a doubt

We had a great time, if we lacked something, the location was very good near Oviedo and Gijón and with good plans nearby to visit related to the area and mining. The very nice and quiet estate allows you to enjoy nature and isolate you from the world , so it is also a good plan. I recommend going during the day at least the first time. For us it was a nice experience and to repeat it without a doubt. Thanks for everything.

Carlos is an exceptional person, very good communication with him and he made sure everything was to our liking. He welcomed us with a bottle of cider and some casavielles. The apartment as shown in the photos was impeccable. We travel a lot and stay in many apartments and it is the first time we have found a clean apartment, a clean kitchen, an impeccable bathroom and many details, it is truly appreciated. The apartment is located in a quiet residential area and we were able to rest. You have everything around you: Alimerka, Carrefour Express, pharmacy. It also allows you to be with your dog and comes with a parking space.

We spent a month in Ivan's apartment and we really enjoyed it. Firstly, it's convenience - it has an underground parking place (a bit small for a larger car but it's how it is in most of Spain), it has a proper desk and an office chair for work, the internet was reliable and we found everything needed to cook, organise our stuff, etc. Its location is great, especially if you have a dog. There is a park a few steps away, another park 15 minutes away, the beach is 25 minutes walking. There are at least a few groceries shops nearby. The apartment itself was clean, nicely organised and decorated, we felt like at home. Ivan was friendly and responsive, provided some tips and recommendations. I'd highly recommend this place.

We have been here for 5 days and the apartment is just as it appears in the photos. Very well decorated, totally renovated. The parking is very good. It is true that it is a little far from the center to walk but we went by car and in 10 minutes we were parking near the center. Also, keep in mind that not having an elevator makes it hard to go up with suitcases. But if you want a quiet and well-equipped apartment in a quiet area of Aviles, I definitely recommend it.

We couldn't be happier after the time we spent at Alicia's apartment. She was lovely, always attentive. The apartment is a paradise, with dreamy surroundings. A super close and very nice beach, a super comfortable garden, the apartment itself with everything we needed and more, and super clean! It's a 10 out of 10, you couldn't ask for more. The arrival was really good, we were really well received as soon as we arrived with recommendations etc. and the same when we left, really good service. The location is just perfect, exactly what we needed. Lots of peace, lots of nature, and we're sure we'll be back. Magical location. Beautiful home. We really enjoyed our stay and appreciated the little things that Ruben had prepared ie Lovely wash products, coffee pods, washing detergent, even a small olive oil to cook with. Can only highly recommend. Maybe the nicest rental I've used!

The location of the apartment is very convenient for getting to the city center. All appliances are in good condition. I highly recommend it to those who enjoy high-tech amenities, especially the auto-check-in system. Although we were locked out of our room with no one came to open the door with a physical key during the power outage, as all doors can only be opened with electronic code locks. Anyway, who knows if we will meet the power outage! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Oviedo and thank you to the host.
