Walking or cycling, canoeing, fishing, swimming, discovering the environment, everything is there to change your scenery and recharge your batteries. Lunches by the water, grilled meats can be on the agenda for your stay.

Le P'Tivoli – House in the historic center

Idéalement situé, Porte Palzaize, au centre historique de Clisson, à quelques pas des commerces et à deux pas d'une boulangerie, cave à vin, tabac-presse et restaurant. La gare SNCF se situe à 10 mn à pieds. Proximité des sentiers pédestres et activités de tourisme (canoës, paddle). A 20 mn de Nantes en train, 30 mn du Puy du Fou, 50 mn des plages. L'arrivée et le départ se font en toute autonomie grâce à une boîte à clé. Maison non fumeur, nos amis les animaux ne sont pas acceptés.

Dans un environnement vert et calme, situé dans notre jardin, le logement offre un accès privilégié aux chemins de rando. Prêt de vélo à la demande (vintage!) Points forts : Piscine (voir info) Grand lit king size Salle de bain et WC privatifs Kitchenette équipée (micro-onde, bouilloire, machine à café Nespresso, plaque électrique, réfrigérateur). Accès indépendant par un portillon dédié.

Mille bonnes raisons d'y venir

Proche de toutes commodités (gare, centre-ville à pied) tout en étant aussi plus proche de la nature (accès à la Sèvre et chemins de promenade). Au calme et à l'ombre de sa pergola en été, jardin. Décoration intérieure soignée, logement bien équipé pour un séjour court. Excellente literie. Le logement est un studio indépendant sur notre propriété, nous sommes donc prêts à vous accueillir et vous conseiller selon vos souhaits. Une boîte à clé vous permet des arrivées flexibles.
