The cabin is located in a beautiful scenic and secluded area surrounded by trees and wildlife close to the Bricklieve mountains and the Carrowkeel megalithic tombs. We had a perfect stay at Fynn’s . It was just what we needed for our holiday really. The place was serene and beautiful, offering a peaceful retreat and there are walkable trails nearby. Fynn was a great host, friendly and welcoming. We also loved spending time with Freya, his wonderful dog. We really enjoyed our time there and would happily return!

definitely a beautiful peaceful cottage, it is further from "tourist" places but it was exactly what we were looking for. a peaceful home away from home while in the country of Ireland. internet can be a bit spotty at times but we didn't mind disconnecting and enjoying some quality, phone free, time together.

Dutch Barge

We had a lovely stay on the barge. It was the perfect space for us and our little boy and he was so excited to be sleeping on a boat! The barge had everything we needed and lovely extra touches like fresh scone, milk and a bottle of Prosecco. The area was lovely and peaceful and very scenic, and we were visited every morning by swans and ducks 🦆 lovely little bar/restaurant across the road and an Italian a close by drive. Everyone in the marina was super friendly. Paul met us with the keys, showed us around and gave us come helpful local recommendations. We spent most of our days over at lough key forest park and did the alpaca farm tour which is about 5 mins from the barge. We had a great time and our little boy had a blast! We hope to be back very soon!

A fabulous place to stay. We came from the UK and wanted a place to be based while we explored the West of Ireland. Patricia thought of everything - easy to follow instructions for everything and she even got us a pint of milk and a loaf of bread for some very welcome tea and toast when we first arrived! I would definitely stay here again!
