Amazing Stay! Highly Recommended! had a wonderful experience staying at this apartment. The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing stay combined with business trip to Quito. What really stood out, though, was the host's exceptional flexibility and responsiveness. They were incredibly accommodating with my check-in and check-out times, and always quick to respond to any questions or requests I had. It made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

I had an excellent experience at Fernanda's apartment. It is a very cozy, comfortable and well-kept place. The location is ideal: it is close to a shopping center, restaurants and other services, which makes it very practical to get around without having to go very far. Without a doubt, I recommend it and I would definitely stay again.

This place was absolutely perfect: located in a central area, with excellent restaurants and shops within walking distance. The neighborhood felt safe and welcoming. The apartment was spacious, well equipped with everything you need, easy to find and very safe. Highly recommended!

Great 2 in suit bedrooms with a extraordinary view of Quito on a location that we love, “La Gonzalez Suarez” right across the street from cafés and restaurants. Easy access to the historic downtown and to Cumbaya a suburb on valley. Despite its busy location, the apartment is quiet. Amazing facilities. Carlos Fernando was very responsive. Loved our stay for 10 days.

One of the best Airbnbs we have ever stayed at! Spotless, new furniture, great washer and dryer (and detergent!), and beautiful pool/sauna/hot tub. Good and friendly security and strong WiFi. Easy to get an Uber outside. Modern mall next door with pharmacy, huge grocery store, and good shops. Anthony was great to deal with. We highly recommend this place!

This is one of the best places we’ve stayed - 5 stars for both the place & the host. Place had everything we needed (good kitchen setup including leftovers containers!) and was immaculate. Kitchen was well appointed & furniture was comfortable. We stayed for one week and felt right at home - definitely will book this place again when we are in Quito!
