Great location. Nice gym!

The apartment is very functional and was very clean. Communication with the hosts was easy and they responded fast to our queries. The check-in process was also easy. Location is good as it's between the centre and Batel, and not too far from the bus station. The view from the small balcony is also nice. If we ever return to Curitiba, we would stay again.

Our stay was extremely lovely. Marli was attentive and quick to answer all my questions. One of the main reasons we chose this place was the flexibility they had regarding check-in and check-out. In addition, the building is super safe and well located, close to bakeries, restaurants and the bus station. It is also worth saying that the view from the apartment is beautiful! I highly recommend it!

Excellent apartment and great location. Would stay again. Blackout shades, smart TV, everything you could want in the kitchen (except a drip coffee maker), washer/dryer, comfortable couch, plenty of lighting, and a large off-street parking spot. The only cons are that the internet/wi-fi speed could have been better, but it did everything we needed it to) and that you have to download an app to access the building (and registering your face with the app is all but required as using the QR code option never worked for me).

Vanessa was an excellent host, giving us clear guidelines very kindly and always helpful. The apartment was very clean and organized, in addition to the coziness. The building has several living spaces and services. I made use of the gym and my husband used the co-working space. It was satisfactory for the days hosted. The location is also something that made us very happy! Nearby restaurants and cafes, as well as being an accessible location for other parts of the city. I hope we can get back soon! :)

MARVELOUS! Great space and super functional. The cleaning was impeccable, as was the bed and linen, which are of excellent quality. The apartment matches the photos of the listing. Great location. In addition, the apartment offers the best view of the green of the araucaria and the city. It is already my second time in this space, which has become my favorite place in Curitiba! The hosts are very helpful. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT!

Host Gabriela was extremely attentive and helpful, ensuring everything was perfect. The location is great, with easy access to bars, cafes, restaurants, markets and a beautiful park. The furniture is of high quality, well planned and functional, as well as the kitchen utensils. The infrastructure of the condominium also impresses, with an excellent gym and a relaxing pool. The impeccable cleanliness, cordiality of concierge and cleaning staff and enhanced security have made the stay more special. It was a very positive experience, in which I felt at home. I'll certainly be back soon for another amazing lodging!

All perfect! The building is great, super structured and with 24 hour security. It is possible to do many things by walking there, there is a lot of choice of commerce and restaurants. Hermes and Márcia always responded quickly and helped me in everything needed

The apartment is very good, it had an iron and hair dryer that helped a lot on the trip. Everything was very clean, there were plenty of blankets and the room is very comfortable. The attentive doormen helped us with the check-in. The host's responses were always quick.
